this place sucks ive lost one going on two packages now from this place. they should all be fired. if i could i would give them half a star they suck. all my small make it through but not my big ones like what the hell is going on there.

On 12/30/22 I sent a priority mail package from the Mars, PA post office to Phoenix, Arizona. From Mars it was sent to the Warrendale PA Distribution Center. Today is 1/5/23 and the recipient told me the package had not arrived yet. I looked up the tracking number to find out that the package is at the Barrigada GU Distribution Center in GUAM!

I had a package sent from China Sept 25. Arrived at Warrendale Oct. 11. Now I get an email saying the package was successfully delivered to me - it was not........Tracking # is LW263157138CN.

According to the Tracking number from the Originator my Package arrived at your location on 2022-09-35 11:33. Spoke with a Representative on 2022-09-29 and was informed my Package was not there. Messaged the Originator, bit have yet to hear back from them. Any Update? The Tracking number is AG511988028CN. Any Advice as to what I should do? Donald A Pearce

This distribution center is the worst and tarnishes the reputation of the USPS as a whole. I ship about 2,000 items a year via USPS and don't experience issues with any other distribution center, but this one somehow constantly loses packages, has packages arriving looking they they were run over by a truck and delayed. This has been a persistent issue for the past 3 years. HIRE NEW MANAGEMENT AND QUALITY ASSURANCE!!!!!!!

A PACKAGE FROM ILLINOIS TO ME IN PHILADELPHIA WAS SENT BY PO 15095 TO PITTSBURGH PO 15210 BY MISTAKE. PER THE TRACKING INFO, IT'S BEEN IN PITTSBURGH FOR NEARLY 3 MONTHS AS OF THIS DATE. WHEN I REQUESTED A SEARCH,USPS SAID THEY WERE SUCCESSFUL IN FINDING IT IN PITTSBURGH. THAT WAS 6 WEEKS AGO. STILL NO PACKAGE.

I sent a package to Glasgow Scotland on 15 November 2021. The tracking number is CH148703615US. Tracking indicates it has been scanned between Warrendale and Chicago 16 times since March 6th 2022. Can you please send it back to me and not let it go back to Chicago?

Delivered a shipping label to our office with a letter saying you unintentionally destroyed a package. The only problem is....we didn't send the package. We were supposed to be the recipient. We have no way of knowing who sent us the package from the tracking number and the contents were destroyed so there is nothing to look at to tell us. Is there any other way to determine who this package came from???

I mailed a package on Oct. 8th and it is sitting in the Pittsburg Distribution center for 23 days. What is wrong?

3 different shipments all still sitting in the postal black hole that is Warrendale PA. No movement for 2 1/2 weeks now. Thank goodness our tax dollars prop up this failure of a government entity year after year.

More of the same here. Do these reviews even do any good? At least it makes me feel a little better venting. My package was mailed from GA on March 27. It arrived at Warrendale on May 5th and has been sitting there ever since. I am just across the Ohio border! I filed a missing parcel report on May 14th. Today I get a call from someone at my local post office who says "Yep, it's still in Warrendale". Now that's what I call service (sarcasm here). I want my old postal service back.

Very irritated here! Yet another package missing after being shipped 1 month ago! Not only does this cost me money but also hurts my eBay seller rating which is extremely important!!! I have contacted a government official for assistance and I urge everyone who has issues with this facility to do the same. It's ridiculous for a US postal facility to let this happen. I've had numerous experiences including one package sent from Bedford to Harrisburg. It went to Maryland then New Jersey and after more than 2 weeks it finally made it to the intended destination with the contents damaged no less! We need a serious investigation into this facility! Someone needs to be held accountable!!!

Bought an item off eBay, went from Buffalo, NY to this location. My package has been sitting here for 8 days now, was suppose to get my package on the 24th. Never have had a problem like this from any other postal office in the country. I don’t know what’s going on there but y’all are making a lot of people mad. I’m gonna give it a few more days and will be filing a ‘missing item report’. Very unacceptable.

Shipped a Priority Mail Parcel on 3/8/2021 and my customer received the parcel today 03/26/2021 or 18 days later. I have another parcel also delayed and waiting to leave there. What is going on at this Distribution Facility? Why hasn't the USPS looked into whatever problems exist there. Shipping Priority Mail parcels is not cheap and customers deserve better service. The Warrendale Distribution Facility is the only distribution center I have a problem with deliveries.

Well here we go again my package was sent to Warrendale so it will be another 2 weeks before I see it if I'm lucky. I sometimes wonder what goes on in Warrendale that take so long to process a package.

Several packages delayed that landed there, a few disappeared permanently. I looked at the site, they are only open M-F 10-2??? Why are they open at all.

Had a package via DHL came from AZ to Avenel, NJ where it got passed off to USPS. Instead of sending it to my address (25 miles away) they sent it to Binghamton, NY (300+ mile away). It took Binghamton 2 days to move it, but then sent it to Warrendale, PA (400+ mile away) Been sitting there now for 5 days. Calling their number produces no intellegent life at that location. When I did get a person on the phone, she said "good luck getting anything from here" and hung up.

A car key was mailed from a disabled veteran in an envelope from the VA in Butler, PA 16001 to Trafford, PA 15085 on Monday Feb 1. The damaged envelope was delivered Wednesday Feb 3 but the key was gone. We assume it came out during mail processing. It is the only key to the car. Please tell me if the is way to find the lost key at the processing center. Is there a lost and found? Please HELP.

my package was in my home town and was supposed to be delivered yesterday but instead they sent it here just to send it right back it departed the facility but never updated after that and its past the delivery date this is ridiculous im hoping its just because of delays

i ordered a very valuable ps2 game from ebay on the 8th of january that's been stuck in warrendale since the 12th. it was a birthday present for my mother (whose birthday is friday) and now it's not even guaranteed that she'll get it. someone needs to investigate this postal office because this is ridiculous, and i'm glad to see others have noticed the issue as well. i already opened a request with usps and i'm hoping the item wasn't stolen like some people have suggested.

It's too bad this site isn't associated with the USPS. Someone should send this list of comments over to Warrendale. I've had one package tracked from December 5th, and after six weeks just sucking it up and assuming it's lost for good. However, I placed another order and with my unfortunate luck it went form Niagara Falls to Warrendale, where it seems to be stuck also. That has been in the past two weeks. It begs the question: with the backlog from December, why is Warrendale still taking on more? Why not hire some more help, get caught up and have the USPS direct packages to another distribution center?

To avoid backlogs at the Post Office, I shipped my packages on December 9th to Baltimore. The last tracking was December 22, 2020 when is said "in transit". I could have WALKED to Baltimore in the time it's taking to ship these packages. You knew for MONTHS that you would have millions of packages. Why didn't you plan for this??

Please explain why packages mailed before Christmas are still stuck at this facility on January 13th???? What are you doing?! Get some help to get the work done PLEASE! You are destroying businesses and destroying the reputation of the postal service with your inefficiency. There is NO acceptable excuse for delays lasting this long.

Very very disappointed with this distribution center. I've had multiple shipments, including priority mail packages delayed for 3+ weeks now. My inquiries on where packages are do not even receive a response. I've had a number of customers who received significantly damaged packages that have routed through this center. The USPS is generally great, but THIS DISTRIBUTION CENTER'S MISMANAGEMENT IS CAUSING SIGNIFICANT ISSUES FOR MY BUSINESS!!!!

I am waiting on a package since it arrived at this post office on Dec 23, I understand that COVID has affected the employees and your work hours have been cut, but can you hire more people to work the shortened hours, or get people from another post office to help out? It's simple logic I think, less hours add more people = difference made up. Hell, I'll volunteer my services if it will help people get their mail. Maybe this post office is the central hub for the country and every piece goes through here, then I stand corrected.

This is the worst place, to have a package go thru. My package sat there for 9 days!!! It's only 45 min from my house. Repeated phone calls and messages went unanswered. I did a Mail Order refill for a prescription I'm on. It was shipped Dec. 12th from Elk Grove Village Ill to Cleveland Ohio. It arrived in Cleveland Dec. 13th at the Cleveland PO. It sat till Dec. 20th then was shipped to a suburban PO where I live. There is no record it ever arrived. Next thing I know Jan 3rd it's in Harrisburg PA PO. Jan 4th it arrived Lancaster PA. Left their on Jan. 5th and arrived back In Harrisburg PA. Left their on Jan. 6th and arrived in Warrendale PA Jan. 7th. It's a blood thinner and I need it. Where is it headed next?

Based on my experience and that of the other myriad of reviews, if something gets sent to Warrendale it is never heard from again and just sits and sits and sits. I have two packages from Ebay that never arrived. Both went to Warrendale. All others that didn't end up in Warrendale are in hand. Is this office all at all concerned about this? It doesn't seem that way. You should be ashamed.

I have stuff I ordered over 3 weeks back and it is sitting there not moving . Other stuff also late is headed there so I can only assume that also will not be getting here anytime soon. Some was from eBay. Books I ordered also I have not gotten bills, checks and while I know there have been issues having your limited hours there 20 a week might be a reason nothing is happening. Hire more help stay open longer. I would have lost all my jobs if I handled them this way. If people are sick then bring in help. Otherwise the USPS aid going to lose more people using you to mail and send packages.

Family member sent two packages (Christmas gifts), one was to be here by 12/21 and the other by 12/22, priority shipping was used for both. Since we're signed up with USPS Informed Delivery, we received email with tracking numbers and expected delivery. I also signed up for email notifications for both packages. Both were stuck in the Warrendale distribution center for almost a week listed as "in transit". One is FINALLY scheduled for delivery today but the other still appears to be stuck in Warrendale marked as "in transit - arriving late". I did an internet search that brought me here - seems as if many other packages are sitting in Warrendale listed as "in transit". I would love some kind of explanation as to what's going on and also feel that the senders of these packages should be refunded.

Mailed a package on 12/7. On 12/12 receive a message it was in Warrendale. Hasn't left Warrendale. I tried to fill out a form on USPS.com to track package and the application wouldn't accept my zip code event though it was correct. So the tracking form couldn't go thru.

i placed an order November 28. the tracking claims the package arrived at Warrendale pa site. today is December 16, the package is still sitting in the postal site. ???? I should have been more careful to choose UPS as my delivery provider. USPS is the worst!!!! I ordered an item on Dec 7,2020 and the item was shipped. The original date of delivery was Dec 11, 2020 and was then moved to Dec 14, 2020. According to the USPS tracking site the item has not moved in 5 days from the Warrendale Distr center. I contacted the seller and he has numerous customers who are waiting on their packages from the Warrendale Distr. center and he was informed that the Warrendale Distr center is 3-4 wks behind. There are obvious problems with this Distr. Center and nobody with the USPS cares to correct them. I know several people who work for the USPS and they have told me that the problem is with the person who the Preident appointed to lead the USPS and who has NO knowledge or experience with the USPS

According to USPS tracking, my large box arrived at the Warrendale, PA Distribution Center on December 1. It hasn't budged since. My box has been sitting there for TWO WEEKS. This is far below the high standards other Postal Service facilities set.

Very disappointed worked for the Postal Service for 33 years. Sent two oversized Christmas package and two shoebox size packages on December 3. It took over seven day for three of the packages to arrive at there destination. Still waiting for the last package to leave Warrendale Distribution Center its been "in transit" since Dec 8th. I understand its Christmas, more volume and Covid but if your lacking workers then the Pooms, Postmasters, and supervisors should get out of there offices, off there phones, and off of there computers and start helping out at the plants and push this mail out to there customers.

FedEX transferred a package to Warrendale on August 4th. On the 17th I requested the USPS find my package. On the 18th it was transferred to Pittsburgh and I received it the next day. Today I received a response from USPS about my inquiry. Even though USPS tracking stated that Warrendale had it on the 4th, the person claimed that FedEX still had it until the 18th. The Post Master is already destroying public opinion of the USPS. Further dishonesty on the part of postal service employees only amplifies distrust of the organization.

The reviews are correct. My package was sent FROM MY HOMETOWN to here, and sat for 9 days before I filed a complaint. Now it is majically on the move again - only after I complained. This appears to be the black hole of post offices. Very dissapointed.

I mailed a package to an ebay customer in Muncie, Indiana. The package left Michigan on 8/14, it was then sent to Warrendale, then to Cincinnati, and BACK to Warrendale (????). It is now 9/3/19 and my package has been in transit to the next destination since 8/25/19 and still lost in the Black Hole known as Warrendale. So far, my customer is being patient, but I don't know for how long. How do the supervisors at this location still have a job??

Mailed out a package 3/23/2019 to NY from MD. Went to Greensboro and ended up in Pittsburgh on 3/24/2019. Today is 5/2/2019. I have filed a claim and have heard nothing. No other way to contact the Pittsburgh P.O. Not my fault yet I will have to refund...they could at least respond!

I mailed my U.S. passport for renewal by Priority Express on 3/26, which the P.O. assured me is ok because it had a tracking number. I have been continually checking on the P.O. web site but there is still!! no information about this package. It is outrageous that we are unable to phone the Warrendale transit center to actually speak with a human being about these packages.

Now I see in one of the previous comments that there was a mercury spill and possible contamination in the Warrendale distribution center ???? when were you going to inform me????? LOUSY!!! I sent a Priority Mail envelope from CANBY, MINNESOTA on Thursday, Feb. 28, 2019 to an address in Yankton, SD to arrive on Sat. March 2, 2019. Someone please explain why it went to Pennsylvania and did not arrive when it was supposed to. And the USPS wonders why people are going other ways to send things.

A vendor 4 miles from my house insisted that he had to mail a large box to me. Rather that stay in town, it was sent to the Warrendale, PA distribution center. I thought that would happen. But when I checked when it was dropped off at the post office (equal distance from my house as the person sending it), the package arrived at the distribution center 1.5 hours later. It's a 2.5 hour trip. So how did it get there so fast ... or does the tracking treat any place as the distribution center. Very strange!

I live in Raleigh NC, and bought a book on ebay. Seller sent it April 14th from Milwaukee. I received 2 boxes today (23rd), both had nylon ribbon tightened around them, with brown construction paper taped to the box's surround and bottom (under the nylon ribbon). Both boxes were full of "God With Us" pamphlets for a ministry in Milwaukee, but the book was nowhere to be found. 1 of the boxes had the seller's actual address label on it with postage, from Milwaukee, and from the inside I can see the box' vertical edges were cut, implying thieves cut them and the side panel to slide a flap out enough to get the contents. Seller says they did not put the brown paper around the box, nor the nylon ribbon. Tracking shows it was at a Pittsburgh NDC center for almost 3 full days. Interestingly, the other box with brown paper and nylon ribbing around it (identical packing), and the same "God with Us" pamphlets inside had a USPS PITT NDC First-Class Mail Postage & Fees paid Permit No G-10 on it, with no evidence of postmark or any weight/date/cost details. I have no idea what is going on. This package doesn't seem to have any reason for being sent (I'm not expecting any other packages from any source!). This leads me to believe the problem is INSIDE this particular Pittsburgh (Warrendale specifically) USPS location.

If an item goes to Warrendale it's to be returned to the sender that's what my post office in town told me that's what Warrendale Distribution Center does I asked him if I called there could I go and pick it up he said no it's a locked down facility that's very hard to get into and that if my item went there it was only going there to be returned that's what they do so if you're looking for something that went there always go back to the sender because that's where it's going

Appalling facility & incompetent employees. They claim my package was received directly from the company I ordered from completely destroyed, as I received a letter in my box stamped with "Received in Bad Condition," and stamped again with "Found Loose in the Mail," however it came directly from the company. Funny enough, EVERYTHING in the box came that was supposed to - except the invitations with our personal information on them. Ordered 60, a handful came and they are destroyed. All of the envelopes (also dirty), paperwork, and even business cards are still in the box. They are claiming they received this damaged package from the company, and then it sat in their facility for a week. Why? Absolutely disgusted by this service and so far 99% of the reviews I've seen are exactly the same. There is CLEARLY a problem - this place needs a full-time babysitter, or USPS really needs to start holding them accountable.

I shipped a 50$ return from Indiana to someone in Illinois on June 6th. Somehow it got routed to a couple spots in Illinois before it was sent to this facility in PA. They sent it back to Illinois who then decided to send it back to PA where it has been sitting since June 20th. Today is July 19th! One month? Seriously? I've tried calling and it either sends me to an automated phone number or just rings. I'm not sure what to do at this point. Early in June I submitted a lost package claim. As you can probably figure out this has gotten me nowhere. At this point I don't even want it returned, I've asked in my claim that they just send it back to me. I'll resell it. But instead it just sits in PA.

Ordered an item off eBay and tracking states that it both arrived and departed Warrendale on April 24th. Well, that's where it stops. Tracking hasn't moved since! My package was supposed to arrive on the 28th and I messaged the seller on the 29th relating the story. She called her post office (Warrendale was 2nd stop) and the only thing they could tell her was what we already knew...it departed Warrendale. Has anyone gotten any results by contacting them? Anyone suspect a theft ring?

I'm not sure of the value of leaving a comment since this is not read by postal employees to improve service. I can't understand why a package that leaves the Cranberry Post Office at 7:15 PM would take over 8 hours to get to the Warrendale Distribution Center. I have had tracking on a package that arrives at the Center at 7:20 PM and leaves the Center within minutes. It just doesn't make sense, especially when "perishible" is marked on the Priority Mail box!

I'm another victim of Warrendale. The first package I ordered went to Warrendale, PA and sat for 14 days. The eBay seller called and was told it was probably stuck in a machine and would eventually be found. After another week tracking was updated to show the package left Warrendale the same day it arrived at Warrendale. Do they just do a CYA on packages they've stolen? How is it the notification that it left Warrendale shows up 3 weeks after it supposedly left there? I ordered the same item from a different seller. Guess what, lost after Warrendale again. It shows the package departed, and then nothing for the next 5 days. I guess I'll have to resort to only ordering from the West Coast.

I am beyond mad!..I ordered a hand sewn item for a baby shower that is happening tomorrow. I ordered 3 items through Etsy and only 2/3 of the items arrived. When I went to tracking I see that it was sent from Florida and arrived in Warrendale Feb 1st...instead of being sent to me in Butler it is now in transit to Jacksonville Florida!...Please tell me why? Also a month ago I sent my mortgage payment and it never arrived. My post office said "It probably got lost at Warrendale"...I luckily did not have to pay a late fee, but did have to pay to stop payment on my check and pay for a phone rep to repost payment. Ordered a book for school at the beginning of the month. The service has been very POOR!. Mailed package from Palm Springs CA on 11/17/2015. Package has been through Warrendale FOUR Times. It currently "IN TRANSIT' from your distribution center and it seems nobody can find it. I sent a package to Italy 10 days ago and just heard from the customer that the package is bouncing back and forth between this facility in Warrendale and one in Jersey City. Something is up with the tracking number, obviously. I have tried to call the Warrendale facility but naturally the number doesn't work. Maybe I'll have better luck calling Jersey City.

IM PISSED! My mother's package has been sitting at this facility for 5 days now! It was supposed to arrive to Phoenix on December 19th. I paid extra money for it to be there on the 19th. I am so very, very grateful to the fantastic workers at this facility! I had sent two large boxes of Christmas presents to my daughter's family in North Olmsted, OH from Sun City, AZ. One package went to Bell Gardens, CA and one went to Warrendale, PA for processing. After reading the reviews about Bell Gardens, CA, my hopes were dashed that this would be a Merry Christmas as that facility apparently has a reputation of NOT delivering packages or damaging and searching them. I am so very glad to have my faith in postal workers restored by having the Warrendale, PA workers process both boxes and having them delivered safely in time for Christmas! Ordered address labels for christmas cards at the end of November. Arrived at Warrendale on the 30th, the company said I should have gotten them by the 3rd, but here it is the 15th and the tracking says still in Warrendale. A relative of mine used to work there and he said it is a mess there and they just shove packages wherever and forget about them. Hence the reason for USED to work there. Clearly the Warrendale distribution center is the Bermuda Triangle of the postal delivery system, where packages go and are never heard from again. I had a package sent from Virginia TEN DAYS ago which SHOULD take maybe 2 or 3 days tops to get to NY. Tracking shows it went fine until it hit PA, then sat for a few days, then headed SOUTH again and eventually made it's way to Warrendale AGAIN, where it has now sat for several days. Unbelievable. The USPS needs to scorched earth this place and start over and hire some non short bus humans to work there.

There is no reason for one of my text books to be sitting in the Warrendale sorting facility for more than 36 hours. It should have left there on the early truck headed for Wheeling this morning, August 11, at the latest and been in my mail box today. Sure wish they hadn't taken the machines out of Wheeling.

The center in Warrendale Pa. need to be investigated ! There are so many problems with general mail as well as packages coming out of this facility. The issues have been getting worse, over the course of the past year..Whoever is managing the distribution center needs to be fired. Every issue I have had with my general mail or packages lead here...I've talked with the company I ordered from, the shipping co. and Pittsburgh's main postal service office ,who could not find any information on any of their servers about this particular package...Everything points to the problem being in Warrendales distribution center.....

I had a hand drawn portrait drawn and shipped to me Priority mail. Tracking shows that it arrived at the Warrendale, PA facility on May 8th and never left. Now instead of the USPS looking for the one-of-a-kind piece of art, they are denying my claim because a claims person cannot look at two documents to get the information they need. Why do we insure packages if it is going to be such an issue to be reimbursed for their mistakes? I cringe every time I see something has been through Warrendale. 1 package was never received. One was sent elsewhere, then back to Warrendale then finally to local post office. Currently I have RX meds coming. Mine supposedly left there Sun AM. It's now Thur. AM and have still not reached my post office. Generally, with a great deal of luck it seems, items are received the next day. I called post office Wed AM, saying I was concerned as it is medications. Was told to "give it a couple of days". Ok, my son's medications left there Wed. AM, so I was hoping they'd come tomorrow, but alas, they've been accepted in Philadelphia at 10:52 PM on Wed, from where they were originally sent from..... How do you file a complaint against this place? I'm beginning to think if anything leaves there and never shows up, it's left in someone's lunch box.....

Absolutely terrible. I ordered something from amazon. It took six days to get from China to Pittsburgh. The last 6 days it has been bouncing around Pittsburgh from post office to post office. It even said it was out for delivery one day. This is the second time it was been in the Warendale location. I tried to call your customer help line and it won't let me talk to a person. It says it needs my tracking number but when I put in my tracking number it says "we cannot track this item through this toll free number. Goodbye" then it hangs up on me. This is no way to conduct business. I will avoid using the United states post office at all costs. FedEx and UPS have much better tracking and their packages arrive when they say they will.

I've noticed that this place is has been getting bad reviews. This needs to be solved and not have a post office there!I sent out care packages that goes to college for my niece and my cousin. My niece lives in Colorado and my cousin lives in Georgia. I am confused how my niece received her package before my cousin. Mind you I sent both of packages out on the same day of the 12th of Sept. I sent a priority flat rate package from Tucson, Arizona to Transfer, PA. It was picked up in Tucson on 9/22 (after they forgot to pick it up on 9/21). It arrived at Warrendale, PA on 9/23 with an expected delivery in Transfer on 9/25. It was then marked for leaving Warrendale on 9/27 at 2:16 pm in route to it's destination. Mind you Warrendale is only 60 miles from Transfer. It has yet to be updated or delivered. I am unable to get a live person on the phone. I want to know why it has not arrived in Transfer. This is why I usually do FedEx or UPS, however I wanted to go cheap. I guess what you pay for and I guess it takes longer in Pennsylvania than anywhere else in the world to drive 60 miles. Heck walking would only take 15 hours and that 15 hours has passed. Poor and USPS wants to know why they are losing money. This show why!

With this many packages lost, there is a problem ....We were fine until the Postal system closed our local distribution center and sent them to Warrendale. Oh Ebay, I may have to quite using you, or ship by Fed Ex , or UPS. Maybe they are trying to let us down easy that the postal system is finished and we will no longer use the USPS.

My priority mail package was to be received in Steubenville, OH a week ago (3/12/15). It has been sitting at the Warrendale facility with no new activity for two days. Consistent with everyone's comments, no one answers the phone and no opportunity to leave a message. Tracking # 9505511025655069447636. It has the correct address written in 2 places on the box, but the person who typed in the zip for the postage scan transposed the number. I'm happy to help extinguish any confusion, if someone would answer the phone.

This is the second package that has been hung up at this post office. The first time was June 2014. I never got that package from a seller at ebay. Now I am waiting for a package from a distributor that was supposed to be delivered on January 31st. Once may be a mistake, twice is a different story. Obviously there is a theft ring going on at this post office. Hell, it could be the whole town, considering in a post I read about this person getting escorted out of that town because they drove there and confronted the postal worker. It says the package (being mailed to my grandson In NY) left Warrendale on the 10th of Nov.. Nothing else has been noted.. No package delivered or tracked.. this is a real problem.. How can a PO with so many complains for so long still be in business????????

Got a package mailed from San Francisco. After 5 days I tracked it, it arrived at Warrendale office and then went departed 2 hours later BACK TO CA. Then it made its way back to Warrendale. The tracker says it's on its way to delivery, that has been the status for the last 5 days. What the actual f***?

I had a bridesmaid dress shipped via USPS on July 29th from Lakewood, Ohio.... FIRST MISTAKE. It's now October 7th, I'm dress-less and needless to say my package is missing. Then after much back and forth with other surrounding USPS offices and some telling me they can't do anything, and others saying something completely different I finally accepted the fact that maybe it's lost..... Well nearly 3 months later HALF of the box the dress was shipped in was returned to the seller.. best part it was EMPTY. The tracking number on the box shows the last spot this package was transferred out of was Warrendale, PA. Go figure! And now I can't even get through to any of the phone numbers provided. People that wonder why USPS is in the predictament it's in... take a good look at the service provided. Totally unacceptable. Never using USPS again.

Literally 1/3 of my packages get sent to random ass cities. I have had my packages sent to New York, Ohio, and god knows where else for final destination. Right now my package is in Cannonsburg PA. I don't know where the hell that is but Warrendale decided they would send my sweatshirt there. Warrendale, PA post office is full of retards and needs to replace all their staff. I don't need my tax money paying people to f*** up my mail.

My package says it was to be delivered today and it was departed from the facility at 630 this morning it's 3 in the afternoon what's going on?

I've been waiting for my textbook for over a month, now i'm in college and need it, but their phone number doesn't seem to be working.

I sent a package out for Stamford, CT on Monday and was to be delivered to Forestport, NY on Thursday. Why is it when it left Stamford that it had to go to Jersery City, NY then Warrendale, PA to go to Forestport, NY? What ?? Someboby must be getting a lot of free stuff according to all the other comments. If my package does not get there by tomorrow if will be really pissed off and will be going to my local Post Office and it won't be quietly.

How many facilities are in Warrendale? I have a package coming from Jersey that arrived there twice.

I was excited to get my package but after 21 days you have 2 options, either go crazy, or lose interest.

This place is horrible, its not even located where I live, I received my box today with big holes in it, I look inside and see other people's items that are not mine, and a few of my things taken away. I'm highly pissed and this needs to be fixed immediately.

Try calling the Inspector General Office in the state you live in. I did and it resolved my issue within 24hrs. My package was sent back in forth from Florida to Warrendale four (4) times. I feel your pain....

Had the same problem at Warrendale PA sort facility, not once but twice. The first time I sucked up the two hundred dollar lose, this time I called the INSPECTOR General and got some Fast results. I suggest that you call the Inspector and advise them of the problem so they can look into exactly what is going on there at this particular facility. Warrendale needs to be shook up and made to do the job they are paid to do. I am a paying customer with a tracking number and not one person outside the INSPECTORS OFFICE could tell me anything about where my package was. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!! Get on the phone and demand answers. Call the Inspector, they will do their jobs, i know cause 24hrs later my package was found and on its way to its destination. PLEASE LET THEM KNOW HOW WARRENDALE PA IS NOT DOING THEIR JOBS.

I know!!! Warrendale is full of THEFT!! It's location is an hour from my house and the tracking says it's on a truck and leaving there facility for over ten days now. Thats the last scan of the tracking ten days ago. I paid extra for fast delivery and it's stolen. Not the first time this has happened.

There is no amount of swear words that could express the frustration I've had with this horrifyingly terrible mailing service. It should be closed down and removed from anyone's route. Warrendale PAs USPS is awful awful awful. Better Business Bureau should be alerted of these folks. Any package I've ever ordered that goes through Warrendale takes an astronomical amount of time to get to my house (which happens to be 54 minutes away!). If I knew what states and zips shipped through this route, I WOULD AVOID THEM. This USPS is a bottomless pit of shipping HELL.

I ordered a package last Friday, and unfortunately, its now in the Warrendale USPS facility. I'm curious to see how long it's going to take before I receive the package... if I receive it. It's probably either lost or stolen in your facility from the reviews I've heard.

So I am extremely unhappy with your service. I had bought a package over a month ago, and it says that it has been at your facility since February 06..I spent almost 200 dollars on this textbook and it seems to be that your place is a hell hole for lost items. I consider this stealing. my package has the correct address on it, so I don't understand how it had gotten lost. Very Disappointed. I ordered something 5 days ago and it said on the order confirmation it would arrive on the 28th. i ordered something from fed ex a day after and it came yesterday. I agree with other people, you guys are slow and not organized.

I have a package that I had mailed to me with a 2-day delivery and the package is still sitting in your distribution center. My package is still sitting in your DC and has been sitting there for 4 days, so why is it still there? None of the other facilities that it left made the package sit there for four days.

had a package shipped priority mail on 18th of December to me from California to PA. It got here on the 20th but to the wrong address thirty miles away in Greensburg PA. I have been on the phone everyday except Christmas asking about it. I called my local post office and they told me it was sent back to Warrendale from Greensburg. why didn't they just re-scan it and send it to me? LAZY! That is what it comes down to. Incompetence and laziness. It has a routing number and I can track it why can't you people? The employees that I spoke with locally were very helpful, Greensburg was not, I got the run around everytime I called. I can just imagine what Warrendale is like.

Hmmm... Package was supposed to arrive in 2-3 days, but a week later is claimed to be snowed in Warrendale. I shipped from Akron, it should have gone out of Cleveland on its way to Califirnia but some idiot at the Post Office backlogged it to Warrendale (Pittsburgh). I paid $45 to ship a 7 pound toy to a customer for Christmas. UPS is a major fail, filled with union losers and like all of government... NO ACCOUNTABILITY! this location sent my package to calif. california returned it, no apt number. this location sent it back to calif. just short of two months i claim it lost. a few days later it shows up DAMAGED i file a new claim damaged. they refuse it. Been waiting on a package from Washington. It's been 4 days. Tracking says it has been processed throuugh Warrendale, and then shipped up to OHIO. I live 45 minutes south of Warrendale. And to make matters even better, they will close at noon, Christmas Eve leaving my package there for an extra two days. Way to suck, USPS.

Will never ship usps again. Been trying to ship all my stuff this year with them to sort of "help out" knowing they really need the cash. Maybe if they understood customer service they would not be broke. My husband is very ill and we sent very special gifts to grand kids-very likely the last ones from their Pap Pap-and it never left Warendale since getting there 5 days ago. Thanks for making a really hard sad Christmas even worse.

Why, with all these complaints, has Warrendale continued to be used as a transfer point? I had expected to find my package from Cleveland to go through Chicago or St. Louis - at least something west. Now I'm not sure when it will get to its west coast destination. Is this political in some way?

I had a package that was supposed to be forwarded to Mckeesport being delivered to the McKees Rocks post office by you. This has happened before where you forwarded mail via other post offices. If the post master General doesn't have mandatory drug testing done on a yearly baisi then I think he should and your P.O should be done on a WEEKLY basis. Theres no excuse for such poor service. If we in the private sector worked like the people at your office did we'd be FIRED!

So irritated with Warrendale. I have had multiple customers pay for Priority 2 day shipping and 5 days later they are irate with no packages and tracking that mysteriously ends in Warrendale. I tried calling a number on the website and got nothing more than a computer.

I am 1.5 hour's drive south of Warrendale. Over 50% of my tracked mail and packages that get lost happened while going through Warrendale. They either lose it in their facility (tracking says arrived at Warrendale but no more updates afterward) or misdirected to a wrong post office (I've seen mail sent to N. Carolina, Florida, NYC when it's supposed to come to me 70 miles south in northern WV). What are they doing in there?

I refused a pkg like sender told me to do for a return from Highland Mi.on aug 6th to go back to Colorado. They sent it to sort facility in Warren Pa. Tracking said it left there on Aug 8th, its Sept. 14th and still no sign of pkg. What the hell is going on!

How is it that you send mail certified so that you can track it and the post office loses it after it leaves the facility. my item's mailed from Erie, Pa Lost or what? nobody has the answer and I paid extra to mail these items which are time sensitive. what the hell do we need post office for if they can't do what they are supposed. Package sent from Norwood, NJ to Vandergrift, PA. on the 20th of July. Got to Warrendale on the 22nd. Sat in Warrendale for 3 days, then they sent it back to Norwood, NJ, not once, but twice. Packages I get go through Chicago, then my local big city post office. I just looked up where mine was at, googled the USPS warrendale post office to see why the Hell it past me then back there (the other way) instead of straight here, and I come across this article which makes me realize I'll probably not get it until next week if I get it at all.
