We are and have been good customers at most of the USPS post offices in the chester county area. Mainly we deal with the Glenmoore post office. My complaint is this. You have at the Thorndale post office a black lady who can be downright NASTY with customers. I don't know her name, but she is the only black lady there that I know of. The other day I took mail and packages there to be sent. She called me over when it was my turn, so I laid the packages in front of her. She made no attempt to pick up the packages, so I put the 3 letters in the large box next to her stand, and she says "They don't go there." I said "Well, you didn't pick up my packages when I put them there" so I pulled them out of the box and gave them to her. I see many people placing mail in those boxes when the line is long. Either way, I think she should be briefed on how to take care of customers in a decent and respectable way. Her attitude has always been TERRIBLE. Not friendly one tiny bit. From now on, I will wait till Barbara is available to take care of me, or I will make sure that I do not do business at your Thorndale office from now on. Your tellers at the post offices represent YOU. I do business at Downingtown, Glenmoore, Eagle, and other areas in Chester County, and I am ALWAYS treated as a good customer. Every week, we ship normally 50 to 100 packages with the USPS. Your office is the only one where this happens, and has happened before to me by this woman. This is NOT because she is a negro woman. If she were white, I would still be complaining about misstreatment. Someone SHOULD talk to her. She does not do the USPS a service with being this way with customers of yours. And furthermore, I would be very surprised if you haven't already had OTHER complaints about her. I WILL DO MY BEST TO DO OUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. I have a business also, and would never keep an employee of mine that does not treat customers like they would want to be treated.

I cannot get anyone to answer your phone. You have a package that you say cannot be delivered because you can't get to the front door. I live in a townhouse. There is nothing there to block delivery. Tracking #9374889681090564843712. Please deliver my package at the front door or the package delivery mailbox for my address.
