I have not been receiving my mail at 777 W. Park Ave. I was skipped on friday and received one advert mailer on Saturday, despite having a large backlog of magazines and papers. The responsible mailperson is NOT delivering mail.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED: Staff and particularly one female who appears to do nothing was very rude. Just to get a passport done, they have me come to office 3 times because every time this lady provided inadequate information.

My package was out for delivery on the 18th, claimed it was undeliverable as addressed despite everything being correct (I double checked my order reciept to be sure), filed to be returned to sender on the 19th, and then shipped back on the 20th. If their turnaround for actually delivering the mail was that fast, I wouldn't be complaining. This isn't the first timee and my roommates have had packages go missing, either. We've called, made claims, and called again over and over and this post office STILL can't deliver the mail. If you want your mail on time, get a P.O. box in a nearby town. I swear to God, I am so sick of constantly having to call customer service.

most awful service. I had to bring my 1 y old unvaccinated child for a passport and the guy was not wearing his mask although he probably sees hundreds of people a day. was rude even after we asked him to put a mask

Terrible. My mail is always thrown on the floor in front of my mailbox when deleievered. Many times my things have become lost in this ridiculous system. If you are able to, just send your items through UPS, they at least respect your things unlike the State College post office.

It would be nice to ACTUALLY GET OUR MAIL!!! We haven't been getting IMPORTANT information that we need because it IS NOT being delivered or when we do it's ALWAYS LATE!!! State College, PA postal service should be ashamed. They don't even have a regular person for the Martin st. route in State College, PA.

The rudest possible female at the counter who gave me WRONG information about shipping a small packet international! Then I filed a complaint about all my international packets that did NOT arrive. I was told the person who handles that would phone me. SHE never did! I spent a fortune to mail packets to help the poor in Africa and not any arrived and I cannot track them nor file a claim since the workers failed to put the proper tracking numbers on them!

The postal people who deliver to Foxdale Village are the best, especially our regular Dave Rogus. Dave always has a smile and goes out of his way to be helpful. He warms to any little kids around (usually grandkids) and has an on-going joke with one who spends summer days with her grandparents. The subs do a great job too! No complaints from anyone I know here.

I checked the tracking on a care package I sent my daughter and it said it was undeliverable. I called the State College PO and was told I wrote East instead of West on the box. It was my mistake but the postal worker was nice enough to call the mail carrier and alert him of the mistake. There is a blizzard hitting PSU so I really didn't think the package would be delivered today. I just received a text from my daughter who has been snowed in all day that she got it. Both employees went above and beyond to get that package to my daughter. I appreciate their effort! Thank you!

I have to disagree with the other people complaining. The cats at this post office are all right with me, Man! I usually come in drunk & always have the same boring requests, and I find them to be very friendly, helpful and tolerant. Keep on Rockin!

Your mailmen who deliver to Village at Penn State Condo's are morons. They independently decide who should get their mail. Deliver the darn mail. I live here. I pay taxes. Just because I dont get alot of mail does not mean my mail delivery should be cut off by some moron. Not happy with your postmaster and his morons. Sorry there is no other way to describe my frustration.

I spoke to a representative on the phone today. She was very short with me, insisting that due to the volume of mail they have to deal with she couldn't help me. I recently moved. A letter was sent to my new address before my name was on the mail box. I explained this and she insisted again that due to the volume of mail she couldn't help me. Eventually she told me that the letter was returned to the sender, which was all I needed to know. Her attitude was disgusting.

Had to use the Post Office twice in last two months. Same experience both times.
Was really disappointed by the overall experience at the State College Post Office.
Employees are not friendly (except one seemed nice)
They are understaffed.
Bad atmosphere.
Do not seem to have an efficient process.
And they really do not want to help their customers. The UPS store was much more pleasant and enjoyable.
Need new leadership.
