Why am I getting certified mail post notifications in my mailbox when I was home all day? No one knocked on my door. and my mailbox is outside my fence. The mail carrier never bothered to even attempt to deliver my mail. AGAIN

Seniors in the Fifth Ward are unable to walk to the Post Office. Carrier’s will not pick up out going out mail unless we get incoming mail. We have bills to pay. Bring back the old mail boxes. Thank You

Our normal mail carrier, Jeff, is awesome! But every time someone else covers his route, I have packages go missing. This has happened multiple times because other carriers refuse to deliver to the top of our stairs.. incredibly frustrating!
