Worst customer service ever . I was charged for the packaging materials after I paid for it she told me she can't use the QR Code to send back the Phones I was trying to send back to AT&T. Woman behind the counter has a serious attitude problem also should not work for the public.

Very unhappy with recent delivery service. USPS informed delivery shows mail expected to be delivered but it doesn't arrive. When I called the post office I was told I could trace mail on USPS website but it can't be done without a tracking number which most first class mail doesn't appear to have. Several very important pieces of mail are MIA. What can I do? An extremely unhappy mail patron. I used to really love this post office but my recent delivery has left me frustrated
