I’m waiting on a mail that was sent to me on Tuesday 18 of july from a triple AAA office 30 mn from me in Scranton and it’s the 20 july spent all day waiting for it nothing yet should I worry about it!!?

I have my sister's mail being held at post office for 441 orchard st Scranton, Pa 18505. My sister passed away mail being held at post office off Davis St exit I81. What is going on with Scranton mail??? I am trying to find out why we did not get mail on Wednesday or Saturday of last week (Oct 12 & 15)....Why is our mail delivered to our neighbors? Our house number is marked, very clearly on the front door "522" and our neighbor's Post Box is very clearly marked "520"....We are waiting to receive our PASSPORTS it is very important that we get our mail.

I unknowingly moved to a training route in South Scranton and have had Mail repeatedly stolen!! Credit cards and packages as well. I have called the post office spoke with someone, on more than one occasion, to no avail. I have a mail slot in my door and my name is clear as day on the screen door. How difficult is it to open a screen door and put the mail through the slot? And USPS wants our support, for what I cannot get my mail on a consistent basis?!.

My mail carrie keeps giving my mail to someone else I live in the south side of scranton not only have I asked her but I had called made a report about her doing so because we aren't getting our mail because her actions and how cocky she was to me when I asked her not to so I feel like she's doing it on spit at this point but I have e mails saved of me making these reports and she still has been giving my mail to someone else as of just yesterday so what can I do at this point because post office refuses to take care of it and my mail carrie thinks it's funny that she's giving my mail to someone else someone help please !!?? My local post office td me put my mail box by my door and I did just that at chest hight like they asked but somehow she is still allowed to give someone my mail after I told her people are stealing it from the ma box she's putting it in she basically told me get get scrwed she does what she wants

this post offixe is so rude and no one ever knows anything pasd the buck i missing two packages delivered there by fed ex and no one knew anything no answering the phine of the number i was given to call when i go there in person and raise me voice with proof from fed ex of delivery then i get a real person who finds the one package. but my larger one is still missing with no explainations the woman behind the counter is so rude everytime go there like its a bother. so frustrated like now what the place that recieved my package has no answers

I've been trying to contact you concerning a priority pkg that seems to be lost. I never get an answer. I tried the 3 postoffices in scranton.the pkg said addressee unknown and it hasn't come back to me yet. Its been 4 days. EJ396109190US- TRACKING NUMBER.

All neighbor’s mail is at my mailbox, meanwhile I can’t go thru his mailbox to look for mine because I’m afraid I’ll get caught going thru his mails. Post office/mailman are too lazy to sort out mails or need to undergo training. Very frustrated. I tried calling spoke to Katie, transferred my call no one picked up. She gave me her number was told to call her back if no one answered but my call was never answered,

They never ever ever answer the phone!!! I hate going in because they act like a bunch of inconsiderate f**ktards who just hatched out of a egg this morning. I could run the post office in scranton better then these ding dongs.....with my hands tied and no feet to walk on!!!

I HATE!!!!!!!! This “post office” the workers are extremely extremely rude and the incompetence is just WOW!!!! I am here to get my mail that is being held due to vacation now opening hours are Monday thru Friday 7:30am-6:00pm. And here it is now 8:52am and I cannot get my mail nor will anyone help me, I am being looked at like DUH 🙄. I want to go get my 6yr old daughter whom will be able to run circles around these “people” and give them their mail.
