From Cincinnati I sent cookies via amazon to my brother who is pretty much housebound. He did not receive them. I called an 800 number and went through an extensive automated system to place an inquiry. Robesonia post office called back and said package went to Reading. She would call me back. Been a week and no call back. Tried to call direct to Robesonia po and no answer. Not happy.

I live on a very busy road. Two times I have had packages delivered right beside my mailbox which is on a VERY busy street. I have a round about driveway. The package could have been delivered closer to my home. I was lucky to catch the person, who pulled just off the road, that was trying to STEAL my package because my delivery person is too lazy to properly deliver it! Their prices go up —-their service goes down!

Package admittedly delivered to wrong address, 10 days later and they still have not gotten it back, loss of $60. This is the 3rd time....

I have requested, over and over, for the delivery person leaving parcels to just ring my doorbell when they leave a package. There was only one mail person that ever did that, and she's no longer at this post office. I understand, if I'm not at home, that's not their fault. They continually just leave the package on the walkway. I understand there is a lot of package thefts, and I cannot afford to lose items through neglect.

I'd like to know why there is no path shoveled to the outside mailbox in front of the post office. As someone who must drop off a large quantity of mail for my employer at the end of the day (after post office hours), I do not appreciate having to either step through 2' of snow & ice or walk the distance to the end of the street at the corner where there is a small path. Since there is parking in front of the mailbox, there should be easy access to the mailbox. It is extremely unsafe and inconvenient.

The mail lady on our street won't deliver our mail now that we have snow I was expecting a package and when I tracked it it said notice left receptacle blocked, no notice was ever left. There is 3 inches of snow to drive through to get at our mailbox it's just an excuse for pure laziness she is doing this to my neighbor as well whose mailbox is totally clear, like I said lazy. I plan on going to the post office today and complaining.

Within the past 6 months, I have had 3 packages "misplaced". They stated the packages were delivered but I never got them. Total loss for me is over $200. Not happy.
