Carriers are idiots and not help accountable. Mail is rarely delivered to the correct address at my condo association. Also they don’t answer the phones, or mail box phones are full. N13th st reading Pa is the worst run post office

Yeah, mail service it’s not really good. I keep getting mail from the street over and not on my street.. I already had two bills this month I had to fix because you guys go to the mail to the wrong person. This is not acceptable. You keep on raising the prices for stamps, but you guys can’t figure out to give me my mail. I have a royal guy on my route that delivers mail. The guy his is an older guy, but he was really good putting the mail in to the right address. you keep on sending out these young people that have no idea what in the hell they’re doing. Roy tiger getting mail from the street or two streets over delivered in my mailbox. I have to refuse it and send it back or give it to him cause you’re too stupid to realize what they’re doing. So here’s the deal from now on if I get a late bill did you never I never I’m gonna charge you guys with that shit.

I dropped off an envelope at 13th St, Reading post office July 16, 2022. Paid extra for shipping. It was sent to Baskett rd, oley 19547. It had a black Hyundai key in. Well I don't know if it poked out and is at your Reading office. Need that key for vehicle. If you can please find out. I would really appreciate it.

I am a resident of the Wyomissing Meadows neighborhood. Our mail carrier retired Dec. 31 and since then our mail service has been unpredictable. Sometimes the mail arrives late morning, sometimes early afternoon, sometimes in the evening. This is understandable since the carrier may be getting accustomed to a new route. It is not, however, understandable nor is it acceptable that there have been several days when we do not receive our mail at all. I would appreciate this situation being looked into and rectified as soon as possible.

This is the third time I haven't received my mail for a week. I was told that we have a new delivery man and I don't think he knows that we are here. I am 1 of 3 mobile homes, back a driveway, behind another house. And I haven't had any problems for years, until the last 3 months. I wish they would work out this issue. I am waiting for important letters and need my mail.

I am disgusted with the way packages are delivered through USPS. Not everything fits in the mailbox and should be delivered to the doorstep. But our mailman leaves packages balanced on top of the mailbox or hangs a bag on the mailbox where anyone walking past can grab the package. Today he shoved a pair of shoes into the mailbox and delivered medicine that was packed with an icepack by hanging it on the knob of my mailbox out in the heat. I'm hoping this medication was not damaged by standing out in the heat. This is about the 4th time I have had issues with the USPS mail system within the last few months. They have stated packages were delivered that I NEVER received and I had to pay for the items shipped. I don't know who they are hiring or how their protocols have been changed but shipments today are terrible.

I don't know what is going on with the mailing system here. Some days it comes after 4. Some days it doesn't come at all. The last time I got mail it came late and was broken. Looking at these comments I realized that I am not the only one. At this point, ESP would be a more efficient way of transporting mail.

On Monday in Dallas NC I place a mail to be send to Reading Pa in the out of town slot before 12 pm, everyone else from NJ to MD got the mail but the resident from Reading PA 19604 still waiting. I was appalled by this I consider unacceptable and will not tolerate an inexcusable reason like not enough workers that could be fix by hiring more especially in the holidays. I was diligently investigating how is your mailing process work what I find out is disturbing how many people do not get their mail. Keep in mind federal offense also if their Es an investigation and you hired incompetent mailer that’s your responsibility to reassure everyone get their mail. I will have to go to higher authority to get this issue investigated I ‘m concern for my family member and all people in Reading who deserves a post office who do their job and bring their mail what you intended to do.

The people at this post office literally never answer the phone and the crappy mailman on my route delivers the mail at 5pm or later. He claimed he couldn't deliver my package because he had no access when there is nothing secure about my building. Shitty customer service. Overall terrible people working at this location

When people try to send mail to my mother, a resident at Sacred Heart Villa, 51 Seminary Ave. rdg pa 19605, the mail is being returned to sender as “attempted-not known unable to forward”. Sacred heart villa receptionist tells me, when I’ve reported the problem to them, that is is an ongoing issue that many of their residents are having. FedEx and ups have no problems delivering to this address.

Greetings: Yesterday, for the first time in 34 years, I did not receive any mail. The carrier did the other side of the street about 1400 hrs., disappeared down Maple, came back and did Linden, but no stop here. Now, once in 34 years ain't bad, and I am not making a Fedreal case, so to speak, out of it. I haven't checked with my neighbor---there may be only two who would be in the same strip. I am writing mostly to say that receiving mail at any time between 1100 hrs and 2000 hrs is most disconcerting. One never knows if the carrier has been by unless one's flag is up to start the day. So. I am missing the regular delivery time and knowing the carrier to say 'hello' or wave to. These days I wave but often I realize the driver perhaps has never seen me before. Is this a bad patch we are all waiting to get through, or is this the way of the future? Sincerely, Dan Downing 650 Elm Ave. Reading, PA 19605
