Why does this Post office have to close for 1.5 or 2 hours on Saturday? I understand you are low on staffing but I worked for 40+ years and never got this type of lunch break. If you are under staffed the lunch hour should be 30 min.
Our development does not have mail delivery yet so we must go to the PO 3 times a week.

mail slot vs mail box
I have a mail slot in my front door. For the time being, can I use a milk box (1950's style) to have my mail placed in it? If not, are there any regulations as to size/style that acceptable? Thank you.

I wanted to leave a review our mailman Zack. He is a carrier(mailman). He has been our mailman for more then a year, if not more, and I have seen this man working into the night time delivering mail just to get it done. He is always picking up shifts no matter the weather and always with a smile on his face. He is my dogs best friend, and she feeds off of moods and attitudes. My 39 years on this earth and I have never met a more hard working, positive, happy mailman. He delivers for Pottstown 19464 and 19465.

Packages scanned not delivered
Second time this month postal driver did not deliver packages. If needed I will post surveillance video of her scanning the items.

Just had a driver threaten to pepper spray my dog and curse out my girlfriend and I because my dog was in OUR YARD. 10/14/2022 Driver car number 3305937. Absolutely absurd behavior from somebody who comes to our house on a daily basis.

Regular mailman left( Bill ) get packages but NO MAIL have important as shown from Philadephia but not delivered to our mail box from Pottstown. It's bad enough with what we have running the post office in Washington, Pottstown please do better

Did not get mail Tuesday Or Saturday in Turnberry Farms this week. Did not receive mail on Tuesday or Saturday this week. No mail truck went by my house. I have a camera capturing my mail box so I know if it goes by or not.

Recieved an expensive box of printer ink, mail person jammed it into the end of the mailbox (wouldn't fit in the mailbox) a truck came by and it blew out of the mailbox into the street. Luckily I was leaving to go somewhere and saw it happen right in front of me. Mail service anymore is embarrassingly bad, get off your butt and put it on the porch. Don't get my bills before the due dates, don't get my mail until late in the evening usually. USPS used to have pride, through snow and rain etc. No more.

I would like to know where the mail that’s doesn’t get delivered where does it go. I get a notice everyday what is going to be delivered to me from USPS and most of the time I never get what u do with the mail. Also when I drop mail in The mail box on N Hanover St in front of Hanover Manor apartments, it never gets delivered to the party I am mailing it too where does the mail go! Joanne Becker

why aren't the grocery store buletins delivered by the carriers on Thursday or Friday when the grocery stores put them out, instead of the carriers holding them back and hoping another carrier has to deliver them on Friday or Saturday.
Have the walking carrier deliver them on time.
