They answered the phone at 7:16 on a Saturday morning and were very helpful. The staff was courteous and efficient. Great job !!!

The delivery people never use the cluster boxes properly. I'v had to parcels stolen because of them and one disappear because they never told me where it was if it was delivered or sent to the post office. This is getting pretty ridiculous. These cluster boxes have a purpose.

its not april fools day or is it? swissvale post office has to be joking! one new person for a week now without any assistance! please just close that place...its embarrassing how slow that woman is! the north versailles post office is excellent! very quick, efficient service and very nice people to service customers. thank you north versailles!

That PO is not alone. Seems like all offices with city zips are shorthanded. Blame higher up management, they have no idea how awful the service is or they just don't care. I worked for the PO for 30 years. There's lots of mismanagement just so they can get a feather in their hat. So sad....I used to be an ok place to work.
