I've been calling all day because there trying to say my package couldn't be delivered because access to the location was denied which is impossible. No one has answered all day except one time and they said they would look into and call me back and then never called back. Trying to call again and once again no one answers the phone. Does anyone actually work there?

I got a text message saying many packages were going to be sent back! They said, I was not home???...with the virus I am home all of the time, even Chewy got to me on time. And my building has a guard in the lobby. I can not get through to a human on the phone, very frustrating. From the PO to my house is 1 mile...can not do it!!! But to send the package back to Europe is their answer ????????? so not good. lol/or cry !?!?

Yesterday I received a notification that my package was delivered to my mailbox at 2:15. I went right to my mailbox to check and it was not there. I tried to call the Bloomfield Post Office and rang, but would not answer. Call was terminated after about 10 rings. I'm very frustrated!

I had a wonderful experience at this post office, the line was long and I was feeling very faint and had to sit down in the line for a moment. The mailman handling the front desk noticed, stopped what he was doing to bring me a bottle of water and had me sit down for a while. Then he did extra work to take care of my package and put the stamps on himself - it was very kind and I was so appreciative !!!!

Extremely rude and non-responsive to customer questions.
