Waiting on important mail that should have been delivered to me weeks ago. Recently received a paycheck at least one month late, hand delivered by an unknown man walking his dog.Went into the post office and said I need to speak to someone about trouble with my mail delivery, and the (unfriendly) teller hands me a slip of paper. Why don't I just scream my complaint into the void?? No name on the paper, but a number that goes unanswered with no voicemail. Thanks! will I get my tax info? am I getting correspondence? tune in next time to find out. TOTALLY UNIMPRESSED with your customer service and/or timely delivery if at all! Bellevue.

Found out on Monday that my School/Property tax payment was not received. It was mailed last Friday outside this post office. I called on Wednesday to learn the payment had not been received; I called again today, a week later, only to learn that it still has not been received by the Tax department. The tax office is 4 miles away, approximately! Can't call anyone at the post office; the number in the listing is a fax number. I grew up in the area. Service was good then. Guess some of the employees just don't care. It's no wonder that the postal service faces so many difficulties. The service is supposed to be regular and reliable. What happened?!!! Employees either don't care or just don't give a darn. It's no wonder other forms of mailing are going on. People go where they get service, reliable service. Evidently, the USPS no longer cares about its customers, what a pity! Shame on you USPS!

I wish you would teach your mail carriers to read. I have 3 signs in my yard asking them not to walk though the grass and they either cannot read or just ignore them. I am asking again for you to have them stop. If I am home and see them do it there will be a loud confrontation because I'm sick of them making a path across my yard because they are just being lazy. So tell them to STOP walking across the lawn and respect peoples property!

Mail carrier hasn't been delivering the coupons. My father-in-law has been receiving them from a different post office,

Delivery service in Bellevue has gone downhill. Mail is not being delivered to correct addresses. It comes late in the afternoon, 5:30 or later. Neighbors are receiving each other's mail. Magazines are delivered whenever they feel like it. Number above for office is a fax number. Cannot speak to a human being to complain.

I'm also encountering this. I have a number of bills which haven't been being delivered and have a collections agency contacting me, I finally received a physical notice from the agency yesterday about two of the bills in collections and was able to contact the facility charging the bills just to learn of a couple additional ones I've never received the bills for.

Poor service live in Avalon apartment building the mailman didn't have time to separate or look through proper mail without a apartment number when it's marked for him disgusting and unacceptable needs better trained so he left on counter in mail room for anyone to pick up UNACCEPTABLE
