Good morning, Since many companies have started using the USPS for shipping packages I’ve had an issue with some packages that are too large for the mailbox. The box out package may technically fit if it’s jammed in and is very difficult to remove. This also causes an issue with subsequent mail deliveries should I not be able to pick up mail in that certain day. Previously the mail carrier, Murray would deliver to the porch. Is there guidance regarding what size package can be delivered to the mailbox? Thanks I appreciate your assistance and time. Kevin

I received notification from retailer my package was delivered at 2pm today. It was not. Your tracking states it was left at or near my mailbox. There is nothing at or near my mailbox. I have a covered porch and was home all day. You are closed and I cannot find out where my package has been left.

At 4:45 PM on 12/28/2020 I was stuck in line of cars behind USPS truck #1258708. This truck was driven at 10 - 15 MPH on route 23 leaving valley forge park for several miles all the way to Starr Street in Phoenixville. The driver was deliberately causing a hazard. At the intersection of Starr Street and Nutt Road, the driver deliberately stayed in the wrong lane to further block traffic before making an illegal righthand turn across traffic onto Starr Street from the left lane. I am not sure what the car behind the truck did to upset the USPS driver, but a lot of uninvolved people were then subjected to the unsafe driving of this USPS driver.

I just had an item with tracking sit in this post office for 2 weeks! It went from North Wales (where I live), then somehow forwarded to this office, then today it just tracked to Jersey City, NJ!? Ridiculous!

Mail forwarding in Phoenixville from one address to another after a move is a complete joke! Confirmed I’m missing multiple items sent via first class postal mail.
