In the past two weeks I've had 3 packages not delivered, and they leave a note saying they cant get into my building... However they leave that note in my mailbox INSIDE THE BUILDING.
I called asking why they're not leaving my packages, and if they could see if they're holding them. The woman said "It's too much work to figure out where the packages are, and to call back later so someone else could help me because I don't want to do it."
I rescheduled for my packages to be delievered today, and nothing has come, not even mail. I have no idea what to do at this point.
A friend sent a package all the way from Singapore and I missed the first time they delivered it it's been a hassle ever since I applied for a re-delivery 3 times and it wasn't sent out then I went to the post office and it wasn't there the lady told me that it must be being delivered now as we speak I'm totally not satisfied I really don't want that package going all the way back to Singapore
This place is every negative stereotype about USPS come true.Famous for returning important bills and notices to sender after marking them delivered at the office. Famous for stealing packages. Famous for hour long waits in line. Fire the postmaster, sneak in an auditor to see if any of the other staff needs to go, and turn this horrible mess into something like the well-oiled machine over on Grays Ferry Ave.
i ordered meds through the mail. this post office attempted to deliver once only - and now I cannot get a straight answer where the hell the package is. a postal carrier took the signed slip from me when I told her that whoever answers the phone at this post office advised i'd be getting my package that day. the carrier of course did not have it and never heard of it but said she'd go back and deliver it later. that was almost a week ago. fantastic! thanks so much.
The public demand for services at Kingsessing is overwhelming. However, this post office branch lacks enough personnel to handle such a tremendous demand and so lines are long and usually 1 clerk is in charge of these lines and it seems that they need training to handle services faster.
