We mailed 4 cards in the drive thru box on Tuesday August 2nd. We purposely mailed during business hours as we know there have been ongoing issues with mail being stolen/ altered/ tampered with etc after hours. Three of these cards were very important family members birthdays and now we found out they NEVER ARRIVED!!! After mailing more than 5 days early!! What is going on? Stamps are going up up up yet you can not depend on the US MAIL.

I'm still waiting for 11 pieces of mail that were supposed to be delivered last week. I went to the post office today but they claim they do not have it. I want to know the name of the person in charge of the 19115 post office on Bustleton Avenue, and contact information.
I dropped mail in your outside drop off box at the Bustleton Avenue Post Office on September 12th and none have reached their destination. They are all bills and now I am getting double charges and late fees, one late fee was actually $6.00. How to I get my mail out of that box or find out what the post office did with it? I mailed them extra early and this is causing a hardship for me.
I also had one of my checks stolen in October when I put it in the mail box, now it's Dec, and two of my checks never reached their destination What is going on??

For some reason our mail person doesn't like to deliver our mail everyday. Does this person deliver daily or do they have off every other day. I had not gotten mail for 4 days and my package said it was supposed to be here on Sat. It came Tuesday with a ton of other mail.
I have requested several times small packages that do not fit in my po box should be placed in the over sized box. A key should be placed in my mailbox so that I can retrieve my package. It is a prescription.

The carriers are shady liars. Email said he left a notice (lie #1), said there's was no secure location (lie #2), tried calling and no one will pick up. I have a sign on my front door that's says "someone is home, ring doorbell for package. Of been up since 8:30am and nothing. If they don't contact me soon I'm heading down there to find out who stole my package!!
