I had forgot to add a stamp to the letter I dropped in the outside blue mailbox. I spoke with Joyce at the Oakmont Office. She was able to retrieve the letter and I put a stamp on it and then she mailed it for me. What a wonderful person and employee for doing this. She did not have to help me out at all but she did. Thanks so much Joyce in Oakmont for helping me out.
