Postal Locations

I did try to call Norristown P.O. However, with only three staff people my chances to reach them was nill. I wanted to advise you that someone placed small package in the mailbox at West Main & Hamilton Streets near parking lot at the CVS. The pickup time is 9:00 AM. Right now, as of noon, no one can place mail in the box or open it. Please advise pickup person there is mail jammed in the lid. Thank you.

Please publish your "Out to Lunch" hours on the door so that people know whether to wait or not. That simple request will save the public a lot of headache.

Norristown post office is returning my packages they have the right address not sure why they are returning it, and you cant get any help from them, they don't the phone and the 1-800-275-8777 is no help at all talking to a machine.

Why are they closed everyday during operation hours for lunch. It's a very big inconvenience daily. Hire more people or open another location in norristown. Closed for more than a hour!!!

I have been seating out front of my apartment on Marshall st with my child waiting for our package the name on the package is under my boyfriend and I wasn’t sure what mailman was delivering our package the mailman just walk pass us didn’t even look at the address or leave any mail for anyone in our apartment then he goes back to the ven with mail still on his hands looks at a few small packages so I know that couldn’t be mine that was my thought and walks up the street and a few minutes he leave and my boyfriend gets a message saying unnoticed but the mailman didn’t even bother looking for the address he just looked at the package and leave it in the ven and leave 😪 I’m mad cause I been seating outside for hours and he just walk pass me like if I was invisible or something smh maybe I should of walked up to the ven like some creepy person and asked but I wouldn’t have to if he did his job right is not hard to find my apartment if your not blind you should be able to find it. 🤦🏼‍♀️

Did not get mail again 1015 W. Beech Street, Norristown, pa We are an apartment complex. Door left open. Working on Road at Beech could have come thru off James Street. What happened?

did not get a mail delivery at the apts. on 1015 beech st. today. WHY

My mail was thrown though a fence on the side street. The mail contained a birthday card from 2 months ago. Both issues are bizarre and have never occurred before. What's going on over there at 19401?

Someone in that raggedy office is stealing my kids stuff! First it was a target package and I was missing a 5 surprise , then my oldnavy package was opened and my masks were magically missing along with the packing slip. Now it's my sons pocket knife. His bio mom mailed him package big shocker its opened and missing the knife but the nice thief left the box is still in there.. Smh something needs to be done!!!

have made an official complaint to the Post Office but perhaps you can help. I live in an apartment building at 607 Calamia Dr. in Norristown. In a building of appox. 30 apts. It is now part of the Norris Hills Apts. We have not received mail for four days..The Conshocken Carrier Annex claims our locks to the building have been changed. This is not true. I put my rental office in touch with them. The Post Office made no effort to do that. A mail worker was supposed to go to the rental office today and swap keys (even though the locks are not changed) I believe the carrier has lost the key. It happened once before. People are waiting for social security checks, medicines and election ballots. This is a disgrace. Now it is the weekend and nothing will get done then. WE NEED OUR MAIL. This complaint has now been bumped up to the District level. Service Request #15664978. I also made a separate complaint about a woman who hung up on me, She and the current carrier really should be let go. Her Supervisor was no help either. There are plenty of people out of work right now who would do a better job than these three. The Norris Hills Apts. Rental Office is open Sat. Someone needs to go there, get a key and BRING EVERY BIT OF OUR MAIL ON SATURDAY-TOMORROW. I am not going to let this drop. The only good thing about the Norristown Post Office are the WPA murals and Art Deco decor. You suck otherwise.

For weeks now I’ve noticed that when I come home my mail is not placed properly in my mail box. I’ve come home to envelopes being placed on the ground or just simply placed in the wrong mailbox. It has been pouring down rain and envelopes are on the porch drenched and it’s important things that I need. I’ve had my neighbor bring me mail because they were placed in his box. My mailbox clear as day has my apartment number and my last name on the box. So I would appreciate it if you guys can tell your delivery men and woman to be more alert when dropping off the mail and to actually place things where they belong. Thank you.

I'm having a difficult time, why my mail is not properly put on my mail box. Half the time mail is wet or important documents are left sticking oout of the mail box. Today I experienced a package left on the top step, if a package is unable to fit in the openning my mail box, a pick notice should have been left, and it should be return to post office. I'm very unhappy with mail delivery service, and will go to higher ranks with my complaint. Mr.Smith

A person name Chris keeps saying the mail has delivery everyday isnt true shaking my head i called since last week beung heard of that..crazy. this doesn't make sense.

I am beyond frustrated with the Post Office. They reported a package was delivered to my home at 1:35 yesterday. It was not delivered. I have been trying to reach a person at both the Norristown Post Office and main Post Office number all day. No answer and no help. This is government at its best I guess.

FROM TIME TO TIME MY PACKAGES ARE NOT DELIVERED BUT SAYING THEY ARE!!! JUST RECENT WAS GETTING A PAK. ON 3/7/20/ DIDN'T GET IT. BUT SAYS IT WAS DELIVERED! I HAVE A CAMERA NO ONE LEFT A PAK. PLUS NO ONE CAN SEE PACKAGES FROM STREET!! THIS HAS GOT TO STOP NOW. I GET OTHER PAKS FROM FEDEX NO PROBLEM .

i have been living in pottstown and using the pottstown post office very good customer service thank you all. recently moved to norristown and they dont have saturday hours. awwwwwwww

This is not a complaint I receive a piece of mail which indicated food items for hunger i left it on my porch from 6 am Saturday morning 5/11/19 to be picked up apparently the postman did not picked it up , maybe because he did not deliver any mail or did not want to be bother with plus he gave me somebody AARP booklet the name i will not mention on the book

I've been living at 1219 West Oak Street NORRISTOWN PA for 13 years and all of a sudden I have not been receiving my mail for the last week and a half. Nothing, not even junk mail. I suspect mail fraud on the postal service side. I've never gone a day without receiving at least one piece of junk mail. I don't even see the postal carrier. WHAT'S GOING ON? PLEASE CHECK FOR ME.

A package was supposed to be delivered to my Apt. on 7/7/18. A a note was left on my door that someone knocked and didn't get an answer at 11:43am. I was home, sitting in my living room, no one knocked. It's not that I didn't hear it, I have cats and they always go to the door when someone knocks. She didn't knock. I filled out the note to have package redelivered and twice she left it in my mailbox. When I called and made a complaint the person on the phone said maybe she didn't see it. The note is Orange, she saw it. The Norristown post office has some of the, if not the most unprofessional employees ever.

i know there was not any mail delivery Tuesday because of storm. But why was there no mail delivery Wednesday??? The roads were fine and the sidewalks pretty clear. If I can walk 10 blocks to work I am sure mail can be delivered.
