I was there early afternoon today to bring in two small bags to mail. They opened somewhat so they needed about 2 inches of tape which was exactly next to him First of all he wasn't pleasant as soon as you walk up to him. No hello.. no greeting just this disgusted face. Then when he had to put the 2 inches of tape you would think I asked him to wrap a box.. He said next time this isn't my job buy your own tape. I said wow you are really unpleasant. I thought postal employees were happy to still have jobs since most things are done online today.. Well if they are he isnt one of them . I will never come to that location again. I will go to Doylestown who are always pleasant, or Chalfont, or Buckingham.. all 3 are always pleasant. What the hell was the big deal to put two inches of tape that he was standing next too. I don't get it.. Customer service is becoming a lost art in this country . If someone hates their job then quit but do not take it out on the customers... I would love a phone call from the manager of this location or send me an email and I will give it to you.

Approximately one month ago I’ve mailed two packages from this post office. I paid for them almost $100. One of the postal workers, a gentleman, helped me to bring one package to the counter and closed and sealed it in front of me. It was heavy. The second one, smaller, was picked up by another postal worker, a woman. She took it, weighed it, and put it somewhere in back of her. She simulated that she sealed the package. I do not believe she did, and I did not pay attention. My bad. Both packages arrived at their destination. I was not there when they arrived. But my mother was. She told me that one of the packages looked like somebody opened it and then sealed it back. Pieces of clothes were coming out of one of the boxes. The one the woman said she will seal herself. When I arrived at my mother’s house, approximately one month later, I opened both boxes. The one sealed by the gentleman was in good shape. The content was exactly as I put it in. The box “sealed and closed” by the woman, well, that’s entirely another story. The clothes were all wrinkled, dirty with dust. They looked like they were put on a dirty surface and then back in the box. Some of them look like somebody blowed their nose on them. Pieces of clothing are missing and other pieces of personal use also. I just could not believe what I saw! I am still in shock! And very hurt! I would not treat anybody’s belongings that way, let alone my own. I am very, very disgusted and disappointed. I cannot believe that you go to a government place, post office in this case, and you are abused this way. And you are supposed to go there with confidence. If you decide to use that post office, keep your eyes open! And don’t trust, as I did. Now I pay the price. Shame on you, whoever did this to my package. I hope that one day you will pay the price too. I really hope you’ll lose your job. You deserve it.

Several weeks ago something happened to the security door that comes down and closes off the back of the service desk during non-business hours. Instead of fixing it, they now keep the doors locked during non-business hours, which is so inconvenient for those of us who work and need to access our PO Box during non-business hours like Sunday. I just renewed my PO Box and wish I hadn't since I don't have access to it.

Terrible service at this post office. And we all are paying for this. What a disgrace.

This post office is fricking ridiculous. I have issues every time I go here and I am seriously considering just paying UPS to deliver my packages and ordering/paying for other mail services online. The older gentleman that works there is constantly being facetious and condescending when I mail international packages despite having mailed package from and to all over the world for many years. He has also made me buy supplies that other post offices have never asked me to, such as boxes must be wrapped in brown paper if they're not in priority mail boxes. Once, I used a PM box and couldn't send it priority (I have no idea why) but instead of just letting me use the box and paying for non PM he made me buy another box instead. No other post office has done this to me! Both the employees I see there (the older guy and the woman from the review below) work at a snails pace. I understand that they are older and perhaps cannot work faster or are being careful but there is no need to be that slow. I seriously suggest that the USPS hires some younger employees who can actually work at a reasonable speed. The last straw has been this Christmas. I mailed 2 packages on the 13th December, well within the deadline for domestic Christmas delivery. One package was going to California and the other to Colorado. Today is the 26th and both packages failed to arrive and one is still at the Montgomeryville sorting office! Why the hell did I pay for Christmas delivery if they can't even be bothered to send them in time????? I can completely understand why the post office is being "underused" THEY ARE AWFUL!

The older woman with dark short hair who works the front desk during the week should be FIRED. She is extremely rude, not helpful and has terrible customer service skills. If I had the time to go to ANY OTHER post office in the area, I would but this one is 2 minutes from my home. She needs to get a job where she doesn't have to deal with people, and they should hire someone who is good with people and deserves that personable position.
