My Mother and I went to the post office today in Millvale. We never shipped a package before and didn't know how. This worker was extremely rude and ignorant. Not personable at all. NO Manners whatsover. My mother was fuming I was waiting in the car for her. When I went in to greet my mother she was really frustrated with the worker. I tried to keep my mother calm and talk to the worker nicely she was very demanding. Again we didn't know how to send a package to my sister away at College. I hope she gets fired. Wasn't professional at all! Then she said have a nice day. I bet that strained herself saying that. I knew she didn't mean it. Real jerk!

Hello, I shipped a book and was charged $10.00 when it could have been charged for $3.00 via medial mail after I went home and looked it up. I feel very taken advantage of and am very disappointed.
