Postal Locations

My mail box was damaged due to snow and the post office took it upon themselves to hold my mil without telling me. If I hd a mailbox like my neighbor does I would not have to write this. She has one by her steps in her driveway. They could have brought it front door but didn’t. I work and post office is closed by the time I’m out. My dad went to pick it up and was greeted by a very nasty rude young thing who degraded him for coming to get mail. We have the same last name and he does receive mail y my house. He gave her his id and gave him third degree. It was the post offices call on keeping mail. This girl needs to be taken down a few pegs and help in customer service or a pay cut!! So I guess my mail is going to sit there for while thanks to her.
