This is the WORST post office ever. Threats, damaged packages, damaged vehicles, undelivered mail, and the current postmaster thinks this is ok. Our mailman is ridiculous...and nothing has been done about him in the 3 years I have lived here andultiple have complained. When I lived elsewhere within the Leola PO territory...the mail lady also was rude, but at least we got our mail.

I have to say that I find it hard to believe that all of my mail is being forwarded to my new address from the Leola branch. I moved October 24th 2017 and already I am only getting a piece of mail here and there. I know that I receive more than 3 Christmas cards per year. What important things am I not receiving?? I was told it would be forwarded at least 6 months or a year. At least that is what the paper I signed said.

Can I just say that I despise my mailman with a passion. He leaves boxes out at the street, he leaves the mailbox hanging open, he throws our stuff in our yard that's marked fragile and he's lied to his boss about everything. Now with my family all sick and having dug out the mailbox yesterday, he refused to leave the mail because it wasn't "dug out good enough". This teacher is about ready to flip and lose her patience.

I am commenting on an employee at the usps in Leola, PA. She has absolutely NO personality, NEVER smiles, and is extremely monotone when she speaks! She was working years ago when I was living in the Leola area and she was the exact same way then and is still the same way now. I moved back to Leola this past Oct. and was not happy to see her still working at the counter with the same lack of personality. Most times I will go out of my way to go to another post office to do my business just so I do not have to deal with her. She has dirty blonde hair, medium built and was working the front counter on Sat., Jan.17th. I am 51 years old and have worked with the public since I was 19 years old and I know for a fact that friendliness and courtesy mean everything to customers.

Well aren't you just wonderful. Perhaps this woman has a very good reason for her lack of personality. Did you ever stop to find out. Did she ever give you bad service or not wait on you? You are only there for a short moment; quit judging. It seems you are the one who lacks personality. At 51 it's time to get over such petty things.
