On 4/12/23 at 11:45 am an African American Female delivering a package to my house, she had 2 packages in each arm and “literally let my package drop out of her arm/hand to the ground. She has no idea what is in that box. I as called the Union Ave location and made a complaint. The video is on my Facebook page!

Yesterday I saw on the USPS app I had a certified letter and it was not delivered, I called the PO she said it would be delivered today...all mail but no certified letter I informed her that on the letter it was missing part of the address and she was to make note of that, obviously she didn't...ok I called and she said the letter was scanned@ 1209...but never arrived altho my name was on the mailbox the carrier was negligent and never tried to deliver this mail...so the lady calls me back to tell me the letter was returned(1day) undeliverable...that is sad!! No notice or anything...very poor service and uncaring.

Steady decline in delivery service - I get USPS Informed Delivery and what is scanned to be delivered and what is actually being delivered is not the same. Over the past 2+ months more and more of my mail is either not being delivered or lost. Lansdowne Postal Service is becoming unreliable!

This is the third package this that the post office claims they have delivered but I never received. I haven't received any mail this week at all. Yesterday I decided to work from home. I was outside around 12:10pm talking to my neighbor when I saw the mailman drive by. About 10mins later I to pick up my get your package delivered. I am convinced that it's USPS that is stealing the packages. i will be at the post office 8:30am sharp if they don't have my packages I will file a police report for thief by the USPS.

I understand situations at post offices across the board as well I had my years as a carrier. BUT, this is getting ridiculous & VERY FRUSTRATING FOR ME HERE IN YEADON, PA. (Bullock Ave.) I’ve been here 25 yrs I never experience this much: 1) IF All of my mail isn’t being delivered to my home Address with My # which is posted that ( GOES NEXT DOOR) which they will be moving like next week, then what?? 2). SOMETIMES WHEN IT DO MAKE DELIVERY TO MY CORRECT HOME. “They Leave on my Step when I clearly have a door with a IN HOUSE mailbox. AND I HAVE NO PETS , Etc. “SICK OF THIS NOW”! (My neighbors just came home from a WEEK of Vacation and I got a stack of Mail. 😡

I am very annoyed with the postal worker that delivers the mail on the 1000 block of Duncan Av. Yeadon.. as I proceeded to remove my mail from my mailbox I notice he had placed my neighbors mail in my mail box. I waited until he came back to middle of the block where his truck was parked and called him over to inform he had given me my neighbors mail, and that my address is clearly visible. Rather than apologize his response was, " I'm human and it's hot out here." At that point I said did you give them my mail by any chance and he returned to his truck making no comment at all. This isn't the first rude behavior this particular postal worker has demonstrated because my daughter asked him to take a (small) package a couple of weeks ago that she was returning to a company and he told her that's not part of his job very rudely. He is an older gentlemen that seems to be very annoyed delivering mail and if that's the case perhaps he needs to be placed inside. I would appreciate a response from a supervisor to my complaint. Thank you for your attention to this matter..

I was at the post office on Lansdowne this morning to get my son passport and the employee was being very disrespectful to me and my wife. They refuse to let us get my son passport , I went up to the counter to ask the lady a question because my wife had to go to work , I ask the lady if my wife needed to be there or can she sigh the paper and leave because she had work. She had a bad attitude and call the cops, after we were on line for hours.

The postal service in Lansdowne is horrible when it comes to package delivery. I have constantly told them to leave my packages on the porch. They get it right maybe 1 or 2 times. Then they leave the packages on the front steps out in the open. When I complain they say the same thing, "This route doesn't have a regular carrier but there is a notice posted where the carrier can see it. It won't happen again." These people are incompetent. I also get mail for people in Springfield, Upper Darby, etc. They can't read or just don't pay attention. Crazy!

The personnel are all very friendly, helpful and competent. I just discovered this form as I was checking for a phone number. I’m proud of this post office as it is truly a good village service!

No mail delivery since Wednesday - no on answers the phone - reporting "unable to access front door" when that is absolutely ridiculous. Street is plowed and salted. New carrier spends more time on her phone sitting in my driveway than delivering mail. Literally NO mail delivery attempt (been home to witness this) for DAYS. Appalling is right.

I would like to know if all post offices don’t answer their phones , or is it just Lansdowne, 19050? I had a very important question to ask and no one would pick up the phone!! Appalling!! As a former 20 year letter carrier, I find this inexcusable!! I know for a fact that once the carriers leave the office, supervisors have nothing to do but answer the phones! And the Postmaster could surely pick up the phone. When I was working, the Postmaster would get very angry if customers did not get their phone calls answered in a timely manner!!! I give Lansdowne an F-for customer service!!
