On Saturday several of my neighbors and I placed non-perishable food products near our mail boxes for the USPS food Drive. I personally had 5 bags of food out at my mailbox. What was the reason our postal person did not collect them. We have decided not to participate your event again. Very disappointed

poor mail delivery. I had a computer external hard drive delivered last night March 1 2021 .It was dropped off on the ground in front of my mailbox during a snow shower and where about 30 people walk their dogs and pee on the pole. I found it laying in the snow and if would not have been for an email from the company i bought it from I would never had know it was delivered. this object could have been placed into my mail box because my normal mail had already been delivered. Anyone walking down the road could have picked up the item and walked away with it. What happened to putting the objects in the mail box or dropping it in front of the door and ringing the door bell like the usual mail person used to do ? clairmont street 259 n huntingdon

My neighbors and I at 21 through 27 Renaissance Drive periodically receive each others mail. Fortunately people bring the mail to the appropriate address. The mail includes documents such as bills and W2 statements. This has been a recent issue over the past several months. We would appreciate if an effort can be made to deliver mail to the appropriate addresses. The mail box and/or posts are marked with he address. we appreciate your attention to this matter.

I live in Irwin, I keep getting mail for someone who hasn’t lived here since 1984? This is not acceptable as I have written on the envelope “Does Not Live Here” no one pays attention. We need a full time mail delivery person. Also, the person who has been delivering on 8th street play music so loud when he comes on my porch I know he’s there. TO LOUD!

My priority mail package was listed as out for delivery at 8:05 am. I waited for it ALL day and it was never delivered, signature NOT required. Tracked again this afternoon and it said returned to post office at customers request. Seriously?!

Saturday on my mail delivery notification email it showed Berkheimer Tax Bill for me. Darrel L Trout and my wife Miwako Trout.Only my wife's Berkheimer's Bill was delivered. As happened in the near past with this new delivery person wrong mail is being put into the wrong mail box. I need this tax bill so I can pay it. Action is needed by a supervisor to correct this.

Whoever delivered (or was supposed to be delivering) mail Sat., Aug. 11 on Hedy Lynn Dr., you need another job because this one is too difficult for you. You marked my tracking as delivery attempted - no access to delivery location. But don't feel bad, your supervisor did the same thing after placing flat mail in my mailbox. Seems he couldn't find his way the second time around with my package that I was expecting. Incompetent lazy liars, both of you. I watched both of you drive by without even stopping.

On Monday, July 16th, the mail carrier ran into my mailbox, knocking it off its post. Is the post office responsible for fixing it, or do I have to foot the bill. The mailbox is just sitting on the post, unsecured.

This post office is in need of customer orientation training. They publish a phone number but do not answer it after repeated attempts. They are currently having difficulty delivering mail to the right mailbox in my area. I receive other peoples mail and have to look in mailboxes of people who are away to find my mail. What's the problem??

I was supposed to receive a package this morning from Amazon. Amazon is telling me that my delivery attempt to my house failed. No one came to my door or put my package in my mailbox. This is inexcusable, considering this package is especially time sensitive.

I'm not sure what my mailman's problem is. This past summer he had me and the neighbors move our mailboxes that were in the same spot since the 1960's. Now this winter he is leaving notes about the snow is in his way. He has a clear path to the mailbox. He doesn't get out of the Jeep and there is no danger of getting stuck. In the Spring, when the grass is soft he rides up the edge of the road with his Jeep tires on the grass making ruts. We never had an issue with the other mailmen nor the Tribune Review paper carriers. North Huntingdon rural route.

Mail comes so late. Some days like today it doesn't even get delivered. Wait in on shipped item, tracking says delivered, yet there is no mail. 7:14pm. And heavens sake if some
one parks near the mailbox!
