This is now the second or third time within the past six months to a year that the USPS Tracking marked my package as "Delivered" when in fact it was never delivered. The other times the package was ACTUALLY delivered several days later. Why post false information? This present time the Tracking states "Delivered to Mailbox" on April 15th. It never was. I received my mail today, April 16th, and the package has still not been delivered. Again, USPS posted false information on the Tracking site. Calls to the local post office gets you to a voicemail that is not returned. I'm not a fan of companies that use USPS to deliver things to me. It always takes forever, the tracking is worthless or flat out false, and it's expensive.

Just wanted to thank the postal worker who brought a package to my door today. Obviously I do not know his name but I wanted to be sure to say thank you! Normally this same delivery goes in my mailbox, however, this postal worker knew that it is was best to deliver to my door. Great job!

Just a note to say 'thank you' to the Hummelstown Post Office , and more especially to Jackie who helped me resolve a problem . She was able to very quickly answer my questions . Thanks again !

The Hummelstown post office has been a lifeline for me, and I can only say good things about everyone there working tirelessly to provide service. From the postmaster to the counter to the back room, people seem to really care about getting things right. The counter guys are experienced and helpful and the postmistress has actually called me to clarify specifics of a delivery. They go above and beyond, and I am really grateful for the service they provide.

Do mail carriers have to know how to read? I guess not. My mail has been delivers to my neighbor and her mail comes to me. It happened twice in the last week. Today some of my mail was in my box, and some of it went to my neighbor. Before the previous carrier retired we didn't have this problem, but ever since he retired it's been totally screwed up. My address is clearly marked on my mail box. A few weeks ago I had a package delivered that wasen't mine. ENNOUGH IS ENOUGH!

WOW!!!! Viki retires and we go from spoiled by extraordinary service, to being treated as a clearly annoying afterthought!

School pictures left on my doorstep after a RAIN EVENT! I did go in and personally talk to a manager. Then the next order of school pictures came, the very next week, and the pictures were left out on a damp floor mat. I am so ticked off about my treatment that i am not able to go I am and say something yet.

I have lived in 3 different states(NY, FL & PA) in the past 3 years and this is the worst postal service ever. They are always delivering my packages and mail to the wrong apartment and sometimes even wrong building. I have to keep putting notes on the mailboxes to see if anyone got my mail/packages. And sometimes I have to walk to the other buildings looking for my packages. Completely ridiculous!!!

Expecting a pkg from Amazon. Checked the tracking website today (Sunday) July 2nd and it listed as delivered Saturday. Here is the link: https://www.amazon.com/gp/your-account/ship-track/ref=pe_2640190_232586610_TE_SIMP_typ?ie=UTF8&orderId=113-5164743-7447406&packageIndex=0&shipmentId=DtmJ4fXHH It is not here. Can this pkg be tracked?

No Customer service, there's a girl there who is completely disrespectful and does not show any enthusiasm to help people. There's only one guy there that I can say from personal experience is helpful and cares about the Customer.

The last package we received from the USPS was sitting outside on the driveway even though the front door is located inside a gated courtyard. Another time, a package was sitting in the middle of the courtyard like it was tossed inside. With the news lately of people stealing packages left outside, how long does it take to place the package by the front door? Very annoying and unprofessional.
