Left at wrong address prepaid priority mail express mail carrier ignored me and left.

My property keeps getting backed into and driven through. How do I get my postal deliveries without having to redo my land everyday. There are 12in holes from their tires. I appreciate that they deliver but my yard is becoming a very big mess

This is my second message about my mail that is being held but should of been delivered last Friday. And when I went to the Post Office they told me it was on the truck and would be delivered yesterday which it was not. I need my mail because I am expecting documents that I need for work on the 29 of this month. Who can help me. Thank you Roxanne Crater

My hat is off to the Lower Paxton post office on Jonestown Rd. We did not receive delivery for three days because our deliverer was ill. But today, a Sunday, delivery was made of all mail. You are a dedicated team and I feel fortunate to receive your service Thank you.

This is a Complaint regarding the delivery or LACK of the Savings Guide in Shiremanstown. I am President of the Shiremanstown Historical Society and we placed an ad in the Savings Guide for an Event onTuesday April 5. It was in last weeks paper. There were several streets in our town that DID NOT receive the Guide. We paid $45.00 to place that ad along with the many people who are trying to sell their houses and items and especially Karns. The Post Office has the number of addresses in this town and that paper SHOULD have been delivered to EVERY ONE! I realize there has been a challenge with getting postal delivery people BUT I also know if management was responsible these deliveries would be done correctly. I'm an RN who worked in an ICU and I know what it's like to try to get people to work but I also know Management has to pick up the slack and make sure THINGS are taken care of. The service here in town has been marginal but when it comes to people paying to have an ad seen and then the paper is not delivered - THAT IS INTOLERABLE! This is very sad!

Good luck on mail service. Used to have what we started calling skip days. Now have had a letter to be picked up in my box for three days, one more day Im raising hell

I live in the Progress Ridge manufactured home community. We are only getting g mail every 3 days. I have needed tax documents and bills to pay. This is unacceptable. Someone can bring a package but not my regular mail. Today I received today's mail but still haven't received mail from Friday, Saturday, and Monday. I get an email every day of my mail coming so I know what's out there. Please, you have to fix this situation.

YOU SEND ME MY MAIL PICTURES FOR DAILEY DELIVERY EVERYDAY!!!! That is great, however than you do not deliver every day. This is extremely annoying and unsatisfactory. I have a certified letter from the PLCB that has gone missing and never received yet. It's probably my last paycheck from them after I switched jobs. I missed it on Dec 7. I rescheduled it to be delivered the next day and it never came. It's now Dec 14th and still have not received yet. I went to the local Jonestown rd location fhe other day and the line was ridiculous with only ONE PERSON working! I waited over a half hour and the line NEVER MOVED so i left. Tried calling today for over half hour and got no answer. What the hell is going on over there??

Two times in the last month, carrier has left packages on the ground next to my mailbox. My mailbox is right along the road anyone could have stopped and got the packages. If a package does not fit in the mailbox, it should be brought up to the house. This is just being lazy. Also, why do you even have a phone? No one ever answers the phone. Please invest in an answering machine, they are not that expensive.

Today at 6:45 AM I try to get into my PO Box the doors were locked what time does the post office open for its customers? I know the time on the door says 6:00 AM cannot be trusted? Obviously not Thank you

I've been calling alot to make sure my forwarding address is recognized so I can receive a very important package. Well they're not picking up their phone and my mail is still headed to my old address . My COA has been on file for a week as approved .I was hoping when the mail got to the lo al post office they'd see my change of address and reroute it but they sent it out for delivery.! I live 9 hrs away by car! And I've moved and no longer possess the mail key! I dont understand how there can be no possible way to contact anyone at thos post office. I even tried contacting the post master ,guess what, WRONG EMAIL is posted online .of customer service was not the goal, then this post office should have been closed down already .I'm not sure how a customer can be served if they cant even reach anyone over there! and the general USPS number is no different. Just useless

I’ve been having issues with my mail for the past 4 months. Based on the tracking number the package was delivered on my front door but when I open the door, there’s nothing. I have asked the multiple carriers and non of them have a reply. I have made multiple complaints and this is not solving my issue. The supervisor is worst, he don’t know where my packages are and have no explanation or solution. Not even looking at the GPS can’t find my packages. This is the worst USPS location

Allowed someone to place my mail on hold and or forward and I did not consent to it

Hi, I try to call you today 30 minutes, I can't reach someone. Somebody is hanging on me. I need to know what time you are open Saturdays. Also I need to know if someone brings a key from 3006 Market street Road Harrisburgh, apt.51 mail box to your office. I am so dissapointed for not taking call.

They never answer the phone when you call to inquire about missed delivery and you can't leave a message. Very unprofessional.

Do not rely on Amazon Prime Sunday deliveries through this post office. More often than not the driver will claim "attempted delivery -- no access" and you will be waiting all day for nothing.

The first time my package was marked as delivered and then Amazon contacted me and said the mail delivery person was in a rush to get his dog to the vet and accidently marked it delivered and now two very expensive packages have been marked delivered and one was delivered to an office in our complex and the other one is STILL MISSING. I've called multiple times and still can't get an answer.

I received four notices from Amazon saying that I have to contact the post office as they couldn't be delivered. Never had this happen before, address info is the same. If items don't fit in the mail box, they are usually put next to the side door. Tried the main USPS phone number and was told to leave a call back #, will be called within 50 minutes (90 minutes ago). Called LP office, no answer (9:15 today) Any suggestions to resolving this?

I had a package that I was supposed to receive yesterday 12 January. Tracking shows the package was delivered and handed off at 12:34 I’m wondering just who it was handed off too since I was home sitting at the dining room table at that time. No one rang my doorbell nor handed anyone in my household a package. All attempts to reach USPS have failed. As soon as I leave work I’m headed over there for an explanation unless they answer this review before I get off.

I was expecting a package yesterday and it appears that no mail was delivered to my residence at all. My outgoing mail is still in the box. When I called to inquire, I allowed it to ring for at least 25 - 30 times before I finally gave up and hung up. Would be nice to be able to at least speak to someone about this.

This is the 3rd time I have been to L.P. Post Office in recent weeks. Can someone tell the African-North American/ black woman working at the front counter not to chew gum or play with her cellphone when she is not busy. I find this unprofessional and rude. Substitute carrier drove by houses on Florence Drive (despite my having the red flag up re outgoing mail). Saw her a block up & apprised her of her missing all our houses. 1st she said she didn't, then when she realized that lie was not accepted, she had to leave because her boss was meeting her to give her a gas card. Asked if she was returning to deliver our mail on Florence Dr, she said yes. She did return but DROVE BY ALL HOUSES ON FLORENCE DR. Called the Post Office, phone rang & rang until a recording indicated call could not be completed. Lousy service by a "purple or chartreuse hair colored" incompetent postal non-worker.

I am totally fed up with this P.O. branch. I just returned from there after waiting for 15 min.. When I left there were 16 people in front of me. The problem, as is the case on too many occasions is that you have only one counter person, just as today. People are disgusted with the total lack of service and rude employees that we encounter at this branch. The main issue is that USPS does not care about the quality of service or the customers needs. The counter people are not the quality of people required to engage the public. Their poor attitude shows quite plainly to the public.

Just moved there. I was suppose to receive a package on Monday. It said it was undeliverable. I received packages 2 days before and also the day before (Sat & Sun). Called 1-800 to let them know to leave my package there and I'll pick it up Tues. I show up Tues and package isn't there, says it's on truck for delivery. Package never shows up at my house. Weds, I called this post office at 8am and explained what happened. They asked for my name and number and would call me back after talking to the courier. I called back at noon saying I did not receive my call. Again they asked for my name and number. Now it's Thurs and I called them again at 8am. They put me on hold for an hour and then just hung up on me. I tried calling back 2x and now the phone just rings and rings. Fed up, I contacted Amazon and now they are sending out a replacement order. I hope they DO NOT use USPS again as I might not get it again.

I have lived at the same address for two years - no new address nothing. Suddenly VACANT was written over my name on the mailbox and I can't get my mail. I went IN PERSON and talked to a SUPERVISOR after waiting 45 MINUTES because it was crowded and only two people working. She said that she would contact the courier and that would be resolved. I am STILL NOT getting my mail! I am waiting for something VERY IMPORTANT. I HAVE to get my mail. The reason she said that the VACANT was written was because I sent so much back with the words "not at this address" -well, those people do not LIVE HERE. I LIVE ALONE. I have ALWAYS lived alone. I work 6 days a week and over 45 hours. I am tired and exhausted every day. I DO NOT NEED POOR SERVICE.

For over six months, mail to my PO Box at this location has been randomly, but increasingly frequently, been returned to sender. I have i formed them multiple times at the counter, have spoken to the person in charge of box delivery, wrote a letter that I hand-delivered to postmistress/manager, and gone in to speak to her (she was "busy") and requested a) explanation, b) better service and c) credit for the box for which I get poor-to-no service and loss of business. NOTHING has changed and I've still received no reply from the postmistress/manager. Very unacceptable. I need to learn how to speak to the next person "up" the managerial ladder.

Why are there only 2 or 3 clerks working (and several unattended windows) at this very busy post office? Faster service at Hummelstown PO only 2 clerk counter but they move customers fast. Please add more clerks to LP PO. This area desperately needs more clerks.
