Very helpful. I was having an issue with transfer mail and rather than tell me to contact the transferring Post Office the employee advised that she would do it for me.

This is literally the worst mail delivery service that I have ever had to deal with I have lived countless places and I have had countless mailmen that have delivered my mail to me without an issue however this is the first place that I have ever lived that I have went days sometimes weeks and not gotten my mail have no idea why only to find out that they won't deliver if your dog barks in your house I have had multiple times that my dogs have been inside and I have watched her walk by my house and not give me my mail using the excuses my dogs are out I have a fenced-in backyard. Now if I'm out on my front porch I'll have one of my dogs out with me but anytime I have a dog outside and it barks I go to find out why when I am at work my dogs are in my house I have never had these issues before now. They will also just randomly stop delivering your mail not give you a note saying why they're not delivering your mail but literally just not deliver it anymore so if any of you have gone a few days and not gotten mail don't think it's because you don't have any because you do they just aren't going to deliver it to you until you jump through the hoops to contact them to see what they don't like as to why they aren't dropping your mail off I suggest if any of you are having issues not getting your mail you get a video camera and you record the front of your house so that you can find out what it is that they're not doing because even when you try to explain to somebody that you're not getting your mail and your dogs or whatever issue you're having shouldn't be an issue they're going to give you an ignorant remark back. I wish I would have recorded the multiple times my mail delivery person has walked by only to find out I should have gotten mail that day. I will be recording this from now on and hopefully will be able to accomplish something in the future... I have offered to move my box. I have offered to even put my dogs in another room of the house and still I'm dealing with this... I am not amused
