I stopped to pick up my mail from the mailbox and a cardboard package was shoved into the box. I tried to get it out, got out of the car and tried, tried to pry it out using a pen which broke and gave up. I drove down our driveway to our house and obtained a pair of plyers, walked back up the driveway on a foot that I recently had an operation on and used the pliers to move the package back and forth before I was able to dislodge it. This is not the first time. And last week, there was a cardboard box sitting between my mailbox and our neighbors' box. It had been raining and the box was saturated. How did he not know that what was inside could be damaged? It would only take an extra minute to drive down the driveway and put the package at one of the garage doors, out of the weather. We also never know when our mail will be delivered. It could be early afternoon or 7:30 at night. What is the problem?

Pathetic, I was told I had to pay for a card and she said she would be back with the change and drove off. Please someone help because I really wanna make a complaint. To where she is hopefully fired

I know it snowed Wednesday, But I'm expecting my check and I haven't had mail in 2 days!! Just wondering if it was the weather or the mail trucks were canceled!!! Please let me know. Ty so much

The lady that does mail on Berkshire lane in Dover pa is always late and never gets mail right unless someone is out there watching, have had cards for multiple people and she doesn’t give them all, and we have a mail app that shows what we’re getting!! Please get a new person for this route

Nobody on our street gets the correct mail... No one. On top of damaging lawns, because he drives from one mailbox to the next without turning back onto the street. We are constantly having to go in a scavenger hunt for our mail/packages... We've had several talks with him, he doesn't care... He needs to go...

As a customer, I was very disappointed, that my mom's U.S Treasury check was delivered, damaged on 5/7/2020 5:52 pm when I checked, my mailbox and as a worker, of the post office, you didn't have the decency to report the damage, but wrapped it, up in other mails, when my mom really needed, her funds, in a time like this. very disappointed. in the postal service. we do make mistakes, but this one cost my mom, her lively hood. very upset.

Poor Customer Service As I watched in disappointment, the postal delivery person shoved a package into my mailbox. When I went out in the rain to retrieve it, the package was opened, crunched, and damaged. Upon getting into the house, drenched, and "finishing" to open the package, I found that one of the items was badly damaged. I am deeply disappointed that someone would do this. This damaged item was a Christmas gift for a family member in Virginia. Obviously, it is too late to reorder the gift in time for Christmas now. This is not the first time this has happened to me, and now, again, I am forced to eat the cost and buy something else for this person. Lesson learned - have packages delivered to another location to guarantee proper delivery service that I paid for.

Hi i got a text message from u guys saying that my package was delivered to the wrong address because of the wrong area code on it sorry if the person but the wrong area code on it but I will like for u guys to please put the right area code on it and mail it back to my right address please this is the right address 23E.Charles Lane York Pennsylvania 17401.The areacode that the person put on it was Dover 17315 that’s the wrong address and area code so please use the right one .willnelia Acevedo 23E.Charles Lane York Pennsylvania 17401 this is the right address.

I was to get a package today from kohls, did not receive. Said my receptacle was blocked? I have an extra large mailbox and they said they left instructions what to do. There was no instructions left in my mailbox. Don't know who would have had my mailbox blocked and I have a covered porch where they could have left it if they had took the time to get out of their truck.UPSET!

terrible service keep getting other peoples mail and missing my mail..please stop this ..my personal info is going to other people..its bad enough there are people trying to steal my identity..but dover post office is just giving my info to other people..thanks alot

Very upset w/our mail service. In Sept. 3 statements were not delivered to my residence. I could understand one but not 3. Had to pay $75 in late fees due to your errors. Also: have large plastic packing envelopes delivered w/articles of clothing enclosed. Carrier insists on pushing these packing envelopes in mail box which damages contents inside causing me to pay shipping to return items. Have requested many times for carrier to deliver these items to me rather than damaging contents however; your carrier doesn't want to get out of her vehicle to deliver items directly to me. Who is the customer? There is individual who lives on Emig Mill Rd w/same first name as mine, receive her mail regularly is this where my mail is being delivered? When will aforementioned issues be addressed and corrected. If it is necessary for me to pay additional late fees due to my mail not being delivered to me will insist on reimbursement from the government.
