terrible service keep getting other peoples mail and missing my mail..please stop this ..my personal info is going to other people..its bad enough there are people trying to steal my identity..but dover post office is just giving my info to other people..thanks alot
Very upset w/our mail service. In Sept. 3 statements were not delivered to my residence. I could understand one but not 3. Had to pay $75 in late fees due to your errors. Also: have large plastic packing envelopes delivered w/articles of clothing enclosed. Carrier insists on pushing these packing envelopes in mail box which damages contents inside causing me to pay shipping to return items. Have requested many times for carrier to deliver these items to me rather than damaging contents however; your carrier doesn't want to get out of her vehicle to deliver items directly to me. Who is the customer? There is individual who lives on Emig Mill Rd w/same first name as mine, receive her mail regularly is this where my mail is being delivered? When will aforementioned issues be addressed and corrected. If it is necessary for me to pay additional late fees due to my mail not being delivered to me will insist on reimbursement from the government.
