I have been going to the Dallastown post office for a couple years. It is the most friendly and efficient experience I have ever had in a post office.

Went to mail a package priority. Got the box off the shelf and inserted my items and needed tape to seal it up. Asked clerk for tape and was told I needed to purchase tape off the wall that was for sale. Ridiculous! Went to the post office at Weis markets in East York and the clerk there was more than friendly and offered the Priority tape to seal the box for free! Not the first time this post office was very unaccommodating. Wake up and hire friendly employees!

Both employees at the Dallastown post office we externally rude! My coworker and I are both active duty military in uniform! I'm just shocked about the way we were treated from the moment we walked in until we left.

Really? This has to be the rudest postal worker ever. I have never been here and she spoke to us as though we were totally bothering her. OMG and I am paying these people with MY tax dollars. I agree with JQN Nasty, sour, rude, snarky, totally uncalled for behavior toward the public. REALLY, if you hate your job this much, QUIT find another. You are being paid to service customers.

Customer service needs improvement! Just stood there for 5 minutes waiting to buy a single stamp before walking out. Was told they would be "right with me" three times and I even stated I only needed a single stamp. Every time I'm in there all you get are sour faces (by the three main women working the counter). Hopefully Doug is enjoying his retirement, because he's sorely missed!!
*it would also be nice if they recycled their personal plastic garbage. As a neighbor I've offered them recycling bins in the past. Angers me that this government office contributes to the landfill instead of leading by example. Tisk, tisk.
