Do we still get supermarket circulars delivered with our mail? I’m at Sherry Lake and haven’t seen them in about 6 weeks. I spoke to a temporary carrier a few days ago and he told me, “Yes, every Thursday!” Not me! He said he would mention it to our regular carrier. Checked my box last night—/ nothing!

My package seems to be stuck at your facility.

We are supposed to have access to the PO Boxes yet 2nd day in a row the front door is locked at 7:30 am. If the employee who regularly does this requests vacation, MAKE AN ARRANGEMENT FOR SOMEONE ELSE TO DO THE JOB.

By far worst post office I've ever dealt with. Postman delivered my package to the wrong house, yet the package was marked delivered and now they won't support my claim that I did not receive my package. Package was lost in May, it is now August and I am still fighting with them to get my money back. You have 1 job and it's to deliver packages and mail correctly.

I am not receiving delivery of a weekly publication. This is a paid subscription. Where is my mail?

I had a package come in from Australia, but I wasn't home when the postman tried to get my signature. The Post Office held onto it so I could go pick it up. When I arrived there was only 2 other people in line, so the whole thing didn't take too long. Said "Howdy doody" and the nice man behind the counter gave me my package. Overall a relaxed experience. Couldn't have asked for better service. 10/10.

Is there a reason that the supermarket circulars are no longer delivered, even though they ride along in the post office vehicle

Now that it is a New Year, I no longer get mail delivery every day as I had for decades and decades. Now it is once or twice a week. Incorrect mail delivered on 01/13/2020 is still sitting in my mail box on 01/21/2020 because the postal carriers refuse to pick up mail that has been incorrectly delivered. Also I never received the weekly advertisements/circulars/coupons.

Trying to talk to a person, told I'll be on hold for 30 - 50 minutes! Absolutely Ridiculous!

Abusive to a Senior Citizen. Violation of ADA Act. Incitement to hate in other customers two of whom violated the Civil Rights of said Customer. The counter clerk started shouting in a strange voice as if possessed shouting "Go Away, Go Away." One of the packages was to a priest; the other to a European former Head of State. You need in an exorcist in there! Said Senior showed utmost courtesy from the beginning, stepping aside to allow others to go ahead, but then stepped forward and Clerk would not allow her to fill out a form that would take five seconds. This was a horrendous and abusive experiences, but being white, not much chance of finding a lawyer to litigate on my behalf. No one should be subjected to such abuse and discourtesy. Will be happy to make my statement under oath. By the way, my invitation to the Inauguration arrived on March 5, 2017. Kinda late don't you think. My mail was being returned undelivered until I discovered a previous letter carrier could not read cursive, so advised all correspondents accordingly. Social engineering in Conshy is OUT OF CONTROL.

Have not received my mail for a week. Yellow sticker on a few pieces that came through say "Unable to forward/ for review" Delivery supervisor tells me all mail goes through a machine in Phila. and it can't be changed!!!!! This is our illustrious USPS??? Nothing is meant to stop mail delivery!!!! What can I do????

I have a question about service. We have not seen a mail truck on our street for 2 days until 9:00 last night which was Saturday. It is possible, I guess that we had no mail for 2 days but unlikely, however, there was a piece of mail that was delivered to us incorrectly . We put the piece back in the box and put the flag up,it is still there. I can't believe the whole street had not mail for Friday and Saturday. But 9:00 on a Saturday night they are riding up the street ???

Can you let us know if the 100 block of Powers Avenue will receive any mail today? We haven't seen any since Friday. Our mailman was in town yesterday, and our street is plowed, but we didn't get any mail yesterday.

Extremely disappointed!!!!!! When our office moved a few weeks ago, we filled out the change of address form at the Conshohocken Post Office. To be fair, we missed the box with the new suite number. I called to see how to fix the problem, and was told to come to the office and fill out a form. Simple! I did just that. One week later, still no mail. I call the Post Office again, and am told that the form I filled out did not have a bar code on it. This is the very form that the clerk handed to me! Okay, I go back and fill out yet another form (I make sure there's a bar code) and ask if I can pick up the now three weeks of mail that have not been delivered. " Absolutely, no problem." I go back yet again 2 days later to pick up our mail, NOPE, it was never sent from the carrier annex!!! If I performed my duties at work the way these postal workers have performed their duties, I would no longer have a job!

WTH is with the local mail people that deliver to W. 4th Ave. How hard is it to understand the concept of OUTGOING MAIL....you don't take the OUTGOING mail and deposit in someone else's mailbox.....you take it with you to the Post Office....this is an ongoing issue around here.

Just witnessed a mailman at sherry lake apts on butler pike scream "what the f*ck" when he was struggling to open a secure building door. He typed the code in twice, failed and said loudly to himself "looks like you're shit out of luck buddy." Completely unprofessional and disgusting behavior. I had also ordered 2 items to be delivered today (2 day express) and apparently he didn't even try to deliver them either, just left a 2 attempted delivery notices. What an absolute piece of garbage this office has working for them.

I mailed a letter from Plymouth Meeting to Conshohocken-625 Ridge Pike Conshohocken PA. on 10/5. Today is 10/16 and the court has not yet received it. This is terrible. I would have taken it over if I had known the mail service in Conshohocken was so bad. Inexcusable!!!!!!
