I am writing to express my profound disappointment and concern regarding a recent incident involving the Post Office's delivery service. As a loyal customer who relies on your services regularly, I am disheartened by the lack of care and responsibility displayed during a recent visit by one of your mail carriers. On 11/7, I had a package delivered to my residence, and to my shock, I found that the mail carrier had left my gate wide open. This oversight is not only unprofessional but also a clear violation of safety protocols and common sense. I have a dog that I deeply care for, and if the gate in my yard is left wide open, clearly he is going to be tempted to run out into the street. As a responsible pet owner, I have always made sure that my gate is securely closed to ensure my dog's safety and the safety of others. I expected the same level of responsibility from your employees. Leaving a gate open, especially in a residential area, poses significant risks not only to pets but also to the security of the property and the peace of mind of the homeowners. It is not unreasonable to expect your employees to follow basic safety procedures, such as closing a gate that they have opened to access the property. I kindly request that you address this issue with the utmost seriousness. Your delivery personnel must be trained and reminded of the importance of property security and safety, especially when dealing with homes with pets or other sensitive concerns. In the future, I hope to receive my mail and packages without fearing for the safety of my beloved pet. I urge you to take this matter seriously and implement measures to prevent such incidents in the future. My hope is that, by sharing my disappointment, we can work together to ensure a safer and more reliable service for all customers. Also, I have had this problem hundreds of times with different carriers. Apparently they are either all hiring bad candidates or everyone is just lazy now....

The mail for 96 Linden Rd is never on time nor accurate! I always get mail for someone else or mine along with other neighbors and ants!! It’s 12:27 and my mail isn’t here yet. According to the VA my medicine was delivered yesterday but I had No mail. I would certainly like to know where in the hell the mail is!! I mean shit is it only being delivered on certain days or are your new employees just freaking lazy!!!

Since March 2020 I have had 5 payments that I made not make it to their destination. I have checked with neighbors and some of them have experienced the same issue. We are in a town house environment and share a mailbox slot. Can someone please investigate what is happening with our mail.

Each day for months the people of CRANMOOR on Roscommon get each other’s mail. We usually correct the mistakes ourselves. Today is over the top. I received mail for 8 other households Three of them not even in CRANMOOR. I have tried to call your Post Office in Canonsburg several times but end up after a minute of ringing with a fax noise. Please help. Should I throw all this mail in the garbage? I grow tired of all the delivery mistakes and the inability to contact anyone in the post office about it.
