Our mail person didn't pick up or deliver mail on 9/12, 9/13. Also, never showed up to pick up or deliver mail on Wednesday 9/17, I saw him in our development, but he never stopped. We are located at 839 Sussex Blvd., Broomall PA 19008. Please rectify this situation, we need daily pick up & delivery of our mail. Thank you for your prompt attention concerning this matter.

Is there a map available of mail boxes located in Broomall? When will the P.O. put more mail boxes back on to the street? 9/11 has been over 20 years, I think more boxes should be back on the streets.

I was told I needed a mask to be in the store. Which I can understand but, I didn’t have one. So I had to leave. I don’t understand why I have to have a mask on and the employee I seen didn’t?

I would like to commend one of the Broomall Post Office employees, Martin, who was extremely helpful and kind to me when I visited earlier this week. I needed to send an item by certified mail, and Martin helped me very efficiently. He was friendly and polite and a pleasure to deal with.

One of the clerks was out in front of the counter to fix a display without a mask on. I asked him to put one on, and said "why do you care". After his snippy remarks to my wife and me, he finally put a mask on, and made another crack as we went out. Needless to say, we will never use this location again. To put this in perspective, the other employee was wonderful. This was Mon 1/29/20 at about 2:30PM

My compliments to the staff and post master Dan at the Broomall post office. We have had to renew our forwarding service several times due to travel issues with COVID. All the staff and Dan have been very helpful, pleasant. Difficult times for personnel at USPS and they deserve thanks.

I was in the postal office in Broomall PA twice before Christmas to try and locate a Christmas gift that was supposed to be delivered to 600 Reed Road. The package is still missing. It is disappointing that the system has "eaten" a Christmas gift.

Do not depend on this post office to handle anything professionally! I have been doing business with this post office for over 6 years and have been regretting it ever since. The only reason I stayed for 6 years was because of convenience but that is no more. In the past 6 years we have had our mail put in the wrong P.O. Box more than 20 times!! One of these times resulting in a check being cash fraudulently and we had to get the police involved. Just last week, I send out a package using pre-paid postage but it was returned to me for non payment of 9 grams!! I paid for 15 lbs and 1oz, but this package weighed 15 lbs 1.9 oz. Amazingly, the teller had to get a supervisors help because she didn't even know how to charge by the gram. This post office also lost 8 of my packages and it took 3 days for them to track them down. I got no refund and nothing but an "I'm sorry" from the Post Master. Bottom line; this place is filled with completely incompetent workers who do not care about the customer or the packages. If you need to have something delivered by a deadline I highly recommend finding another venue to ship your packages. They often return packages to you even after you pay and get a receipt! It will then take 2-3 days before you get the package back and by then the items may be late. I had to pay over $130 in overnight fees because of this. With so many problems and complete lack of trying these people either don't care or perhaps there is some discrimination occurring. I just wish I had more recourse.
