I just want to thank you for being so kind when I called. Twice I have had to call bc of weather and I knew they wouldn’t be able to get down my lane to deliver my packages. Thank you for giving me a option, I really appreciate it.

Get a piece of mail each week on Mon or Tue with notation on the front of envelope marked "Please deliver by ______" and a date entered. Never any problems until now. Last one rcvd around Dec 15. Realize problems post office had over holiday season and gave some slack. But this is Jan 6 and still have not received the mail. I want my mail! It's a Federal offense to hold back mail this long. Especially from a Federal facility. If Postmaster can't help give me his supervisors name so this can be cleared up now!

Stuff oversize box in a small mail instead pulling into driveway and dropping it off at the door. Today dropped a box off at the front porch where there is a note on the door to drop off at our bottom door. Was told that they won’t pill into a driveway if they have to back up. Refuse to honor our request so we will have to go the post office pick up our boxes if not fit into the mailbox. Lazy postal workers

This post office is the worst post office I've ever seen. I've lived at my address almost a year and since day one I've had nothing but issues getting my mail. I have informed delivery so I know what should be in my mailbox everyday but most of the time it isnt. And no one knows where my mail is at. I had mail sent in December and just now got it in april. When you go into the post office they have a bad attitude and cant explain where the mail is at. Then recently they took my name off of the mailbox and put a vacant sign on the box. Mine you I've lived here for almost a year. Saturday I was suppose to get all my unemployment stuff never got it cause they want to take my name off of the mailbox. Still days later still haven't received the mail. I then get a phone call from the police saying I'm harassing them. I guess going to the post office everyday looking for my mail is harrassment, CRAZY!! yup so not only will get have missing mail, shitty attitudes, you'll also get the cops called on you if you go looking to see where your mail is at. Just about a joke!!

Terrible service. Tried all week to get Mail at PO Box but lobby was locked. Attempts made after 6AM. Says lobby open at 5:30. Really? I’m paying for access but getting locked doors. Some employees also need attitude adjustments. Bad bad place.
