I have had problems with my carrier for 9 years. He refuses to ise my locked mailbox, has broken it 3 times, and when it isn't broken, he leaves the mail wrapped in a rubber band on my doorstep instead of using the box. I installed a brand-new, USPS compliant box yesterday that locks on the front, not the lid (meaning he can't break it now) and today I found my mail wrapped in a rubberband on my front step. 8 calls to the PO went unanswered. Other neighbors have had problems. He can't be bothered putting mail all the way into the boxes, leaving it hanging out not only for thieves to see, but for rain to damage it. I have a year's worth of photo evidence to prove his behavior. I'm reporting him and the postmaster to the Postal Inspector. I'm not putting up with this crap anymore. Maybe the PI will do something about this because no one at the PO will, and this jerk actually told one neighbor "I work for the post office. I can do whatever I want." Well, guess what? He works for US and he's going to put my @#$&ing mail in the box from now on. I'm done.

There is a weak link in this p.o. I have had so many lost and or damaged mail. When I use Narberth Bryn Mawr no problem ever. I will not use this office again. My addresses are perfect. Retired teacher.
