The man I spoke with was very accommodating until I kept asking if he was sure we could pick up our mail since we've moved and therefore will not be renewing. After referring to other employees his tone changed and he told me what I had just asked about of them. (No common sense involved here.) I'm pretty sure they put a block on our mail just after speaking with me. No way to know for certain, but at first he had said we could pick up our mail with our key at our own leisure. Then his tone changed after I told him our dilemma and he referred to his co-workers. I tried to call back to check on this, or to even make a phone payment because we need our mail picked up today, we live 3 1/2 hours away now and my husband would have made it up to get our mail if they had closed at noon (I swear they used to be open until then, what post office is open 8-11, I guess this one). Why does mail have to be so complicated. Because like I said before, no common sense or willingness to work with ya, as other reviewers have said, and they just don't get it and don't care.

Nobody gives a damn here. You can tell the minute you drive on the grounds the landscaped areas haven't been touched for several years now. There's a note on the door that makes every excuse in the world as you walk in life things are not taken care of and then you see a post office worker on a brand new riding mower mowing weeds but that's it if they can't sit on their ass to do it they're not interested in doing it so you can say at least they mow the lawn but that's it. Oh by the way most people with push mowers have a bigger lawn to mow. I don't want to write a novel but it just gets worse from there so maybe if you can see that they've taken care of the landscape maybe you might want to venture in and see if they fix the rest of it I doubt it

We've had the same old gentleman bring us our mail twice and he is SO rude!! First, he brings in certified mail and makes a snotty comment when I simply asked him a question.. Second, I'm sorry that a package won't fit in our box because it's "TOO" full.. Not to mention THE PACKAGE WOULDN'T FIT IN THERE IN THE FIRST PLACE!

This post office is really inept. I've had more trouble with them failing with my forwarding order. They repeatedly send late delayed or return it to the sender. Very disappointed.
