I have lived in Turner, Oregon since 2008, and I could not be happier with our local Post Office generally - and with my own mail carrier, Jordan Perkey, in particular. Our Postmaster, Pam, runs an absolutely excellent Post Office. She works very hard, personally, to keep the whole facility operating and maintained perfectly. The employees are always efficient, accurate, polite, friendly, and very good at their jobs. Mr. Perkey is a gem. He provides the very best of delivery services, while always being friendly and anxious to help however he can. Jordan has never made a delivery mistake that I am aware of, and he delivers not just the mail - he also consistently delivers an abundance of cheer and friendliness. I am so thankful for my Post Office in Turner, especially for Jordan! Harold Ford

I am very disappointed with your service to my mother. She is 83 and lives on Stayton Rd. S. E. She has to cross a very busy highway, cross a ditch (in the winter filled with water) to access her mail. My brother built a bridge for her, so she wouldn't fall in trying to step across the ditch. That was taken away and not allowed. She has trouble walking with sore and swollen legs. She has bouts of dizziness. I am afraid she is going to be hit by speeding vehicles or fall in the ditch and hurt herself. I know here that with a letter from the doctor and a sworn statement, the mailbox can be brought to the side of the road the individual has access to. She said she called and was pretty rudely told she would have to change her address. Doesn't seem to work that way here. I am trying to persuade her to file suit because I know that the post office is supposed to help people according to the ADA who may be elderly or are handicapped which creates a barrier to them accessing their mail. Please consider her problem again. Thank you, Linda Turley
