I have tried calling Springfield Oregon post office for 2 days, 5 times a day and no answer? I filed a letter with the supervisor to have my mail delivered to my home and not a postal box in our park. I am handicapped and submitted a letter from my doctor ? Need help.
Having problems with my mail mailman doesn’t deliver my mail for one week came two times this week and not after 7 at night. Everyone in the neighborhood has this problem .
I want to pick up my package at 2250 laura street space 74 9 7 4 7 7 i the key in the Box letters don't exist anymore so there's a lot of boxes for packages package boxes there and I would have to stand there and try this key in every one of them I left the key in the mailbox and hopes that you could correct it and fix it so it's legible thank you
I have requested to have my packages delivered on Sundays. I have spoken to post master here Springfield Oregon 97477. There has been an ongoing issue with my Sunday delivery. They say attempt delivery when there was no obstacles and reason for it not to be delivered. Also there are many signs and a box to put packages in, delivery person ignored and leaves packages on the edge of porch! Is he in on people stealing packages? The lies about attempt delivery is tolerated ?
3 years now we have been dealing with a lazy mail service/delivery driver. On multiple occasions this driver has missed dropping off small and large parcels and then leaving them on the truck and the next day we get notified that the carrier could not access my address.... I'm on street access there is no possible way, specialy when I recieved the rest of my mail that day. And it's almost everyday I have to hand deliver my neighbor mail as well, despite the fact that I wrote my last name clear as day in 3"letters on the mail box door.
When they can do their job and just exchange their mail to each other and not chat away. The vehicle was left open hatch while he spoke to his employee. This made me feel nervous.
I was seated at our home window. I own cats and any of them can jump into the mail vechicle and hatch closed. The older mail man did not even check if any cat in his hatch and shut it. Why did they both stop and exchange mail? And why chat? leave Hatch open when chatting ?
In the past 6 months our service has tanked. We get our mail after 5 pm a good deal of the time. In the past month we've 1) not gotten any mail, 2) gotten our mail after 5 pm multiple days and 3) gotten our mail after 8 pm. If we get mail between 3 and 4 we feel fortunate.

It was not 2020 and did not happen during the Trump Administration. The sorting machines they show that are in storage in Portland came from several Sorting Post Offices throughout Oregon. They were removed when Obama was President.

Sean Townsend of the Springfield, Oregon USPS service is involved with ANTIFA and has been harassing a local small business in Eugene. We have ample evidence of this and do not feel he's safe with personal mail.
I am waiting for a package to be delivered that was deposited at the Springfield post office on June 12, 2020 at 2:30 PM. I have tried reaching by phone and the Florence post office has sent an email. Why hasn't this package been delivered to me at 1971 West Park Dr., Florence, OR 97439?
