Hello. I am adopting a kitten, and he is sent from San Francisco yesterday morning 11:30, and currently at Springfield Oregon. I received an e-mail from the USPS that I will need to pay and consent to renting an electric crate to transfer the kitten by air. But the e-mail didn't have any payment instructions, and I left multiple voice mails on the number on the e-mail +1(626)626-7923 I consent and would like to pay. Could you please let me know how and where? By now the kitten hasn't eaten in the past 24 hours, and I am very concerned about his health. Thank you.

I love, LOVE "snail mail". I looked on the website and called(but it's too early), for the times mail is collected from public boxes or sent out of town, but there's no information on that. I'd just like to be able to know when it actually MIGHT leave town, so I'd know ABOUT when it would arrive at it's destination. Thanks.
