I am a reseller. Keizer is my closest post so I'm there frequently. I love your employees. They're great, professional, friendly but not gabby. And efficient. I hope you're treating them well Roberto

I live in Roseland MHP, our mail boxes were destroyed a month ago. I am 92, no car, several health problems, is there any way I can have my mail delivered? The address is 3346 Sunnyview Rd NE #22, Salem, Or 97301. There are several old people in here that are in the same predicament. Has the Postal Service lost its heart, completely?

I have a serious issue with our mailman. I have MS and require time to get to the door. Further I get my meds my US MAIL. My medication required for sleep has to be signed for. That means they must come to the front door. Yesterday he did come to the door. However he DID NOT RING THE DOORBELL, or even knock loud enough for anyone to hear. He can be seen on the ring doorbell cam because we pay to keep to keep the recordings. He spent 15 seconds at my door. I need this medication so I called the post office and was told he would redeliver today. He can be seen NOT COMING TO OUR DOOR. I waited bleary eyed from 8:30 this morning to noon, he did not return! I NEED THAT MEDICATION AND NOW I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO!!! It feels like this is a game for him. I have not slept in a week.. he also DIDNT LEAVE A SLIP OF ANY KIND EITHER DAY. Is this supposed to amuse him? Im so frustrated and exhausted .. please help

Very disappointed one of the post office trucks (last three were 953) came to an intersection where my son was loading a school bus. A mail truck come to the stop sign (Vista and 13th) and proceeds to turn. Who ever was driving at least you could have waited in case any other children were late for the bus. Thankfully my son crossed the street before you ran the stop sign to beat the bus.

Your 800 number has a 45 minute wait and this local number ring but then it says the mailbox is full ! How can you perform customer service with such lack of service! My pkg was not delivered due to no access at my gated address yet for over 2 years there has been acess! So my pkg is delayed yet another day so will this next carrier have the code to acess so I finally get my pkg. Tommorrow!

In the last 3 weeks I had the best and the worst experiences with package delivery. Kudos to the many postal workers who delivered my package from the UK even tho the address was written on two file-folder labels that had curled up and were barely adhesed. Then shame on the delivery man who, for whatever reason, labeled a package "no access at delivery address" [nonsense] and left it stuck on a shelf in the office till I [finally, after 17 attempts] reached a real person on the phone and discovered its whereabouts.

Kudos to (1) our letter carrier who always does a great job and (2) the bulk mailing people at 25th Street USPS in Salem who walked me through a bulk mailing cheerfully and patiently. Thanks, one and all!

The postal carrier/PO has screwed up and cost me 3 package deliveries totaling over $200!!! When I go down to the post office they say there’s nothing we can do! So I go to the main post office and they tell me my post office has a bunch of idiots in it. Their words! But none of this helps me retrieve the three packages that my postal worker messed up on! The first one was Christmas time last year a pair of boots. He said he remembers putting them in the big package box but must’ve put the key to that box in the wrong mailbox. The second one was a Necklace. I got the package, it was open and empty. The post office said sorry nothing we can do. The third one yesterday, a key for the package box was left in my mailbox. But the package box was open and empty. Does anybody know of any recourse to hold the post office responsible for these losses? Help

Yep, they are 100% a bunch of entitled idiots who complain about everything and do the bare minimum. Typical government and typical government workers... time to get rid of them once and for all. Next time use FEDEX or UPS.

The short haired blonde mail lady that usually services us has generally been fine (off Sunnyview Rd NE) but today I had to park on my easement so we could pull my father's motor home out and as I smiled at her like I usually do as she drove by she scowled at me and shook her head. This is my drive way and it is not HER right to use MY drive way as a turn around spot. She had no right to be unprofessional and rude. Maybe before she judges she should look outside her own personal world. The audacity on this woman... I can't believe it.

Your carrier who delivered to 3100 Turner Rd. S. E. (Paradise Island) refused to wear a mask today when he went into our Recreation Hall. There are big signs on the door. I reminded him and he refused. He was rude. Being a senior community it's even more important that people follow the rules whether they like it or not.

One of the postmen in the highland neighborhood is the worst ive ever had! He is just plain rude. He absolutely refused to help when I was having problems recieving a package, and actually made it even more difficult for me to get it at all! And he would say that he put notices in my mailbox saying they tried to deliver but couldnt for whatever reason, well I never once had a notice in my mailbox (and its locked, so no one took it)!The only reason I even knew he had lied and said he left one is because of the "informed delivery app" stated that he reportedly left 2 notices...ya right! This jerk is a joke!

The main post office on 25th has lost a certified piece of mail. It is amazing that it has been ten days for said mail to go from Salem to Portland and it still has not been delivered, only forwarded. Nancy told me 4 days ago she would look into it and call me in two days. She did not call me. Using the USPS web site it indicates if a certified piece of mail gets lost they can't find it! I asked for my money back because I will have to resend the item; guess what? I can't file a claim to get my money back because the item is "still in the system". My complaint form from my Congressman will arrive today......unless I am on the "do not deliver" list!

I have just about had it with crap postal delivery people in the Highland neighborhood, they treat the mail like garbage. I just received the mail and every piece was soaking wet, don't the carriers receive any training on how to keep mail dry on a rainy day. Its either wet or miss delivered from another address I think the post master should know what kind of carriers he has working for him. Please instruct your people how to deliver the mail with respect after all we pay your wages.

I have literally no idea why no one ever picks up at this location, even during normal business hours. I'm also not thrilled at the lack of organization given that they dropped off my mail at my house even though I filled out a form asking them not to during this week. Well done, guys.

This is hands down the worst post office I have been to. In the Salem area I would choose any other location if at all possible. The branch management has created an atmosphere of ineffective service mixed with a complete lack of customer service. I use the postal service to ship between 10-15 international packages a week and have never had a negative experience at any other Salem branch, at the main branch I have yet to have a positive experience.
