Awful operator at this location. She hung up on me (slammed the phone) when I asked to be transferred to someone that can be helpful. I understand that she could have been having a bad day but such childish behavior from an adult working at USPS is just laughable. Hope she didn't throw a full on temper tantrum once she slammed the phone :)

I paid almost $70 to get an envelope to the UK via "Priority Mail Express International" ... supposed to be delivered in 3-5 business days. Now, after 6 business days, the envelope has arrived ... in Los Angeles, Ca. So the deadline was missed, and I am out-of-pocket by $70 ... boy, do I feel stupid for relying on USPS.

Not only does this postmaster refuse to honor a disabled patient's doctor's orders to drive a few extra feet to deliver to her door, but now all of the her packages are missing. Now paying $15O a month for a courier to do her job. What kind of operation is this anyway?

My mailbox lock is broken again. After reporting the problem, I had to wait about 2 weeks to get it repaired. After I was told it was repaired, I was able to open it once. Then, yesterday, I went back to the box and the lock will not work. The present lock is weak, and has failed more than once. AN ENTIRE NEW LOCK MUST BE INSTALLED! This should be done promptly so I can get my mail. Also, I tried calling the station but no one answered after I hung on the line twice for a substantial period of time. I do not drive and there is no direct bus service between my apartment and the postal station. It is about a half-hour walk each way. I should not have to keep going to the post office to get my mail.

For the past 2 years I have going to the west slope post office to pick up mail for a friend.Have had no probems until I had to deal with a women named Tanya. The first time I went she told me I needed I.D Ok I can deal with that.So I went and got my ID.Then went back and she still would not give me the mail. She said she didnt know me.Then the next day I went to the post office. And talked to a fellow there. He went and got the mail no problem. This month I went and got the same women. This time she told me they dont hold mail.I told her for the last 2 years I have been picking up the mail there. She tolded me that the mail is being delivered. So I went to the house and checked. No mail in the box.Went back and Tanya again. She looked at the letter again then walked away from me.Then a person camne and asked me if there was anything they could do.I said,"NO,I want to talk to that black women.Tanya wheeled around and got very defensvie. She said I got a name and she is a person.I said I know that but how am I going to find out your name.I said I wanted her name and employee number. She said all she would tell me was her name was Tanya. And would not tell me any more. She plays the race card and is using it to exert power. That she does not have..Do not do anything with Tanya. She lies.

I would like to refuse a package. I am in a class all day on Monday, so am unable to get by the post office. The tracking number for the package, which I understand has already been delivered to you is 9405509898642570551651. Please acknowled receipt of this message by email. Thank you.

Twice in as many months now, I have had packages marked as delivered when they weren't. Do I just have to put in a mail search request to get anything from you jokers? Is there anything I can do to get you to pick up your phone? I am really incensed and dismayed that I am actually going to have to go down to my local post office to raise hell, this is unbelievable.

Trying to call this office is ridiculous. EVERY time I've called I've gotten transferred and then it immediately hung up on. This is incredibly frustrating. I had to call the 1-800 #, and am now on hold for (going on 20 minutes). Why even give a phone # available if you're not going to answer it?

This is ridiculous: NO MAIL delivery in (7) days! What the heck? How many of us can just stop doing our job with NO explanation to your customers, for a WEEK & expect everyone to understand because of the weather? What happened to the PO creed, "neither rain nor storm nor dark of night can keep the postman from his route"! The carriers have had 7) days off! The second the weather & roads were passable, everyone should have been on double duty shifts, if the management had been planning ahead. What the heck happened to carriers getting out and walking to deliver? On the east side where I work, our late middle age carrier, has NEVER missed a day in the worst weather & walks the entire route!

This is the worst office to call. I have called several times and it's always busy or just rings. I don't understand how we could get no mail for nearly a week. Friday you come and then Saturday you don't. I prepaid for packages to be picked up and I cannot get a word out of anyone from this office about pickup and delivery.

Why doesn't the motto "Neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night ..." apply to our mail carriers? Day 3 and still no mail service! It's not that bad out there today. Same thing happened last week and last year. I've put out mail for pickup every morning and brought it in every night. Are you going to guarantee on-time delivery for my Christmas cards?

always receiving our neighbors mail and mail workers at this branch will do absolutely nothing about it... they won't even pick up their phone but instead hang up on you.

I lost my packages twice within past few months. No help from the postal employees in this branch. The tracking number shows it was delivered but I never found it in my mailbox. Every time I call, they will tell me they will look for my package and return me a call, but they never return calls. and no solution was offered.

This branch has the best service in the area, they are always friendly and are eager to help you. Yes they do have long lines, but all the PO's have lines . The delivering crew get the mail out on time and are really fine people.

This office is not respective to your mailing concerns. They choose to not "listen" to your mailing issues. I.e not receiving mail for several days. They immediately try to pass along concerns to other employees. Carriers will put others mail in your box. No follow through is ever done. I.e asking a contact number to follow up in addressing issues
