Struggle with getting MY mail. I seem to get my neighbor's mail more often than I get my own. I'm tired of doing my mail carrier's job and not getting paid to deliver mail. Can these people even read?

I phoned to ask a question. Coming soon-we have to have a Star card to enter Federal Buildings. The Post Office is Federal Property-does that mean we will have to have a Star card to come to the Post Office? I don't feel this is an ignorant question.
