We have had outgoing mail in our slot for two days with no pick up. The mail carrier doesn't even look if there is no mail being delivered. I've talked with them about this-- it feels important that it is picked up daily when we are paying bills.

Just to let you know, there is a sub delivering our mail in a PO truck who just indicated to me he has a hangover from the weekend and he's just waking up - while driving. Interesting and not very professional. We are on Deborah Road in Newberg. A few days ago we received about 10 items that belonged to a neighboring business that I gave back to him is why I had contact with him. Thank you.

Guy in the truck pulls up to my mailbox, looks at it, decides its a little further then arms reach and drives off. I have it on security cam. This isnt the first time hes been too lazy to do his job. I have a picture my truck is 9 feet from the mailbox!

Carrier jammed a package into our mailbox and we can't get it out from our side as there is a lip blocking it. A little common sense would go a long way!

Emilee in the Newberg office has ALWAYS been rude and I've had enough. And I've heard DOZENS of other people in Newberg complain about her attitude. Someone in line that made a comment to me as I walked out said that Emilee is the manager, which is very scary if that's true. I've had the same PO Box for OVER 20 years and it was locked out and ALL my mail including credit cards, important mail with SS #'s, etc sent back WITHOUT TRYING TO CONTACT MY PHONE OR HOME ADDRESS... If I was a first year renter, I MIGHT understand, but with OVER 20 years support and paying on time, this is ridiculous. Then she tried saying she got a "forwarding address notice". I have NEVER given one so if she took it from someone else and didn't ask for PHOTO ID then she will be personally responsible for any actions needed for my credit and or SS info in the wrong hands. I will also be writing a letter to the editor of the Newberg Graphic. I should have AT LEAST BEEN TRIED TO BE REACHED at my phone # or my home address, I will be taking further action if necessary.

Whats the point on two day shipping if it takes 5+ days?? Seriously disappointed to watch the delivery date go from the 30th of December to the the 3rd of January as soon as the package got to newberg. What a joke!

Why do you guys keep sending my packages back to the amazon warehouse? Packages in my name are the only ones that you won’t deliver to my house. Everyone else in the house receives their package.

Today I watched as the only operating teller mocked an immigrant women for not having her license already out of her wallet before walking up. I then came up with my pre-paid packages asking for the free priority mail tape with the other post offices I frequent always not only provide but have out, and she laughed at me and said “$4 for tape and you do it yourself. I’m here to ship your package, not help you.” As a former employee of UPS, I was disgusted by her behavior and won’t be visiting Newberg post office again.

We live on NE Benjamin Rd. Lately our packages have been crammed into our mailbox so hard that we can hardly retrieve them. This afternoon a packaged was wedged in and the door was left hanging open. We pay a postage on our packages. Some are quite valuable. Aren't they supposed to be delivered to the door? We have a very convenient circle driveway that comes right to our porch. Our service the past few weeks continues to decline.
