this post office has a big problem of not answering the phone ,, i am missing a package and my mail was already deliverd ,, i called the troutdale post office they answered the phone in 3 rings and tract my package ,, i not very happy with this gresham post office ,, some drivers are nice some are very crabby,, i had a lot of problems with this post office of loosing my mail,,, GRESHAM POST OFFICE DOES NOT ANSWER THERE PHONE

Have not received mail in nearly 2 weeks. Understand the weather issues from last week but still no service. This is poor at best. The leadership at the Gresham office has been sloppy and inconsistent over the last few years and a change is needed.

I have had multiple letters, important documents returned to sender with the reason I moved. I have lived at my address for 30 years. I'm ready to make a formal complaint regarding mail not reaching me at my address.

Numerous repeated problems with mail delivery and pickup. No answer at post office. No way to leave a message. Just repeated ringing

I have not had mail service in 2 weeks. I receive checks and my medication by mail. I tried calling but that did an automatic hang-up. I realize you are really short handed everywhere, but if you aren't going to deliver the mail, WE THE PEOPLE should be given written notice so we can come pick it up.

Our mail delivery is abysmal. I’ve been waiting for a check for almost a week, but there has been delivery almost that long because of a small amount of snow last week. This is a joke. The delivery record in Gresham is the absolute worst.

Neither rain, nor snow, nor dark of night will keep the mail from coming through. NOT! It’s been nearly a week since the mail has been delivered at my house because of snow that happened last week. No excuse!

I’m not pleased with our mailman delivering process,same time is coming very earlier same time very late and other times he or she are not coming at all.Because of that my bill can’t be paid in time . I will appreciated if my mail is picked out in time and delivered in time.Thanks

Worst ever! Gives all postal workers a bad name! The “manager” is so judge and up in peoples business she shouldn’t be. She is highly unprofessional. Caught her talking about me twice to another employee, insinuating that I am dishonest. she has no clue who I am, because ewe don’t know each other. And seeing how she looks and acts like a tweeter, she has some nerve. She even accused me of stealing my neighbors mail, when I was given the wrong mail key!! Yet when I collect my mail, I don’t get all of it and there are other people’s mail mixed in with mine, so I have to drive back there to return it to them! Maybe if she paid more attention to being careful with our mail, and not what’s going on in neighborhoods that she knows nothing about m, and which do not concern her, mail wouldn’t be missing and mixed in with the wrong address! Something shady going on at this Federal facility ran by tweezers! I say light a match and walk away!

i am not getting any mail not my voters ballots or any of my advertisements i went in person I am still not getting anything I hope I get my bills I did not change my ADDRESS

I agree with the bad reviews. I have the number for the supervisor Mary and she never answers the phone. I sent an email and still haven’t heard back. Ya they have mixed up my mail and the neighbors in the past. The stop before me and after me we have all received each other’s mail. My neighbor didn’t notice it was my bill and I got it a month and a half later. Guess she doesn’t pay her bills on time or look at them. I emailed the post office and Mary called the next day and apologized and was very nice and did all she could to fix the problem in the future. Hasn’t happed since. She said you now have my number if you have any problems but she never answers the phone. She should have said if you have a problem you have my number but I will never answer the phone. Ya got your number all right. The PO in general isn’t very good. I tracked a letter from Fairview Or to Rhode Island and it took two and a half months to get there. Try getting ahold of anyone for that. It had a check in it. Many years ago I lived three blocks from the Gresham post office. They were on west Powell as so was I. A high school graduation notice got sent back to sender and it said no such address as west Powell street. They are on west Powell. If you want stupid just look at the post office.

This is the third time gresham has marked one of my packages as delivered and it is not here... they have the most incompetent employees I have deld with

I am very annoyed I was out of town for a week and came back to check my mail with an empty mail box and a VACANT sign. I called the US postal office and they said I had to call GRESHAM WHO DOESN’T ANSWER THE PHONES OR ALLOW YOU TO LEAVE A VOICE MAIL. I now have to go to their facility to get my mail and tell them I’m not a vacant address. I was told If I have any vacations over a week long I have to request that the mail isn’t taken from my mail box and that they don’t assume it vacant. They don’t communicate with you about anything.

We are NOT happy with the mail delivery this year. The mailbox bank was broken into 10 weeks ago and it took them 8 weeks to just replace the mail personnel lock. We have not received more than one day a week of mail since. My meds were delivered on the 10th, but they weren't delivered to me or our box. Angry doesn't fit my attitude. Now I have to go back to the post office and find out where the $^&*$^ my meds are.

I just moved to greshem and y’all suck with putting MY mail into the RIGHT mailbox not my neighbors not someone halfway down the street you all need to learn how to read and NOT DELIVER MY CHECKS TO THE WRONG HOUSE

This has been happening for a very long time..for 10-14 days we only receive flyer mail then once every 2 weeks all our expected mail is delivered. most mail is expired by the time we receive it. I received a letter 2 days ago dated Nov.24th on the date of the invoice. We are expecting a check that mailed out last week just from Portland....it is not here. Thank you

Absolutely REDICULOUS. I've been waiting days for a piece of certified mail that contains my paycheck. It's been out for delivery every day for THREE DAYS. I'M HONESTLY SUPER UNHAPPY. I've contacted usps and haven't received any contact back. You're messing with peoples lively hoods! The mail person for our area tries to get things done quickly and it's apparent because they have to drive back up the hill THREE TO FOUR TIMES because they forget things. I'm full of rage right now and can't believe how UNPROFESSIONAL this is.

Your Saturday driver, SW Lillyben Pl, Gresham Or needs reprimanding/replaced! Someone parked in front of our mailbox, and although he got out of his jeep to deliver a box to my neighbor, when I walked outside to get my mail from him he continued driving. I whistled and ran after to him (and he did not stop at the other 3 mailboxes on the culd-de-sac) he refused to let me collect my mail. 3 other neighbors came out because they could hear me trying to get him to stop so I could get my mail. By the time I got close to him and said "I would like my mail please" he said you need to come to me and kept driving to the next mailbox, around the corner on another street. His behavior is unprofessional and was witnessed by three other people. If he hates his job then let someone else do it. There are plenty of people who are willing to collect FERS.

The worst in delivery service. Constantly missing mail , such as newspapers that one pays for / subscribes to or getting neighbors mail and get nothing but excuses in return such as new carrier, or substitute and its been constant for several years now with numerous complaints filed . What is going on with the Gresham postal "service"? We have lived here for over 4 years and it has continued to get worse. Wednesday our mail was not delivered until after 8:00pm. Last Thursday our mail was delivered around 11:00am. It is very frustrating to plan on getting mail when there is no schedule. Always getting notices on Next Door and Ring that mail theft is common in this area.

Shocking the website says the lobby for po boxes is 24-7....ya it's not. After 7pm tough luck. Sunday don't even try. So ridiculous. How hard is it to update the information for the people who pay for the service.

My neighborhood has a mail lady who is wonderful. She's been on the route several years and knows the people. When one of the neighbors died, she donated to a memorial gift the neighborhood collected. Maybe it helps that we're a friendly neighborhood and recognize her-it probably inspires her to do a better job.

I have kept a PO BOX 20 year. Recently there has been an employee (?Susan? I think is her name). She has pulled weeds, trimmed bushes, planted roses. The FACE of the Gresham Post Office is very clean, well kept, very Beautiful. I apologize if I called her by the wrong name; The Post Master knows who to RECOGNIZE. Excellent Job, Thank You for showing Pride in our Federal Building.

i worked at albertsons for a full year. and worked at safeway for less then a year. at albertsons my managers were jina perble montie clark chris. i was incharge of garbag shoping carts , cleaning out the plastic cans and glass, and helping people to theire car. thank you for your time. sincerly mark federici.

The mail guy always gets our mail mixed up with our neighbors. He really needs to learn how to read peoples apartment numbers. Please get better service and train your workers right.

When it rains the Mail man gets our mail so wet we cannot open the letters or read the magazines. We have talked to him and he just says yeah it was really wet that day. I pay a lot for my magazines and when I cannot even read them, I get upset. He needs to be taken off our route, as the neighbors are complaining also.

My delivery person has no respect fro personal mail. He JAMS it in the box with n respect of the damage to items he delivers. I have had him damage collectible items by bending them to fit them into the box. The last time we had our mail held for vacation he filled the box so full that we had to wait for him to come by in order to get the box open. Very disappointing. I ordered collectibles and just received one that was packed safely in a mailer with a cardboard backing. Because it was an envelope he rolled it destroying any vaule based on condition.

You have a mail man that goes down Pipeline Rd at 7pm and sometimes later. They also have been putting mail in different mail boxes and not delivering packages. It's very annoying.

Seemingly typical pace of federal employees. I will say they get the job done, though. The Gresham post office is illuminated and decorated like 1950 Soviet Union hospitals.

Incredibly poor service. 800 number has 30-40 minute hold times. The local Gresham PO simply has a busy signal - forever. Try it... If a regular private business were operated this way, it wouldn't be operating, it would be out of business. BUT, this is a typical government, bureaucratic enterprise. Can't our government get anything right?

Worst service ever!!! Took mail out of my box, told me that it was forwarded but I never received my mail. Was told by post master they did their job, no idea where my mail went. Should be illegal since they essentially lost/stole my mail!

Tried calling number listed for Gresham USPO to talk to agent regarding unaddressed letter (Name only) I accidently placed in branch outside mail box. Want letter back!

Ordered some very expensive golf clothes and had it delivered express in order to get them by my tournament date. The post office claims they delivered it to my mailbox even though it's not in my locked and secured mailbox! I live in an apartment complex. There's no way all of these clothes are fitting in a tiny apartment mailbox. So they either didn't deliver it, lost it, or left it on my doormat without approval and it was stolen. This isn't over yet post office.

I am beyond frustrated. Aside from poor handling of packages, now the key for the large box isn't working because someone broke the lock. I can't reach my post office, the 800 number is a VRU hell, and my meds are locked in a box. My complex can't do a damned thing about it and I can't find anyone who can. I just want my package and I can't get it. I HATE the postoffice!

I am so frustrated! The Postal carrier delivered a photo package and on the front in LARGE clear print it say: "Photo's Enclosed: Do Not Bend" That is exactly what the carrier did....Bent the photo package and stuffed it in the small mail box. WOW! Can the person not read or is it that the carrier did not care!? We have a large mail box for packages and that is where it should have been placed so as not to bend it. This is the first time in 40 years that I have had bad service by a Postal carrier. Yes, I am filling a complaint and asking for the Post Office to pay for the cost for the photo's and shipping.

I notice the comments here are NOT read by postal employees. Why not - I would think they would like to improve their service, by reading our comments that have criticisms. For instance, their telephone is busy too often to be a coincidence. I believe they take it off the hook so as not to be bothered. Strong union, I guess.

Worst post office ever moved to Idaho 2 months ago and put in a change of address twice and I still haven't received any of my mail so I called a couple weeks ago and still nothing. Now I know why the post office is going under!
