The downtown eugene postal service management does not seem to care that I’m not receiving my mail. The mail carriers are VERY NICE & helpful. The management does not return my calls and does not seem to care that there is a problem and seems to have no interest in correcting it.

Id appreciate it if the the mail man who delivered my mail on 7/5/21 on royal Avenue wouldn't throw my mail in my yard!!! I have a mail box up the driveway on my porch and the guy knows it! My dog was out barking however he was in gated yard and the man could have went around my car up the driveway to my mailbox to avoid my harmless barking dog. My package could have been chewed to e Peices if i didn't see it. What an asshole! Thanks bro. The lady who usually delivers my mail goes up to my mail box and is awesome. If that man can't put my mail in the mail box than don't deliver my mail thanks!!!

The the mail post carriers don't seem to understand the difference between 3613 and 3616 please have your carriers check the addresses better they are not doing their job accordingly

The local number for the country's postal service 541-341-3601 is not in service and the auto-response message doesn't even fully finish with options before it hangs up. I'm flabbergasted, and hopefully posting a public comment will get you all to fix how we can engage with a public service and a very reasonable expectation of being able to contact you via phone.

There has been a high turnover of carriers and packages are being delivered to the wrong place. We have our names in our mailbox yet our packages get delivered to someone else. When calling to inquire about my missing package, from the start of the conversation it was negative. I stated Hi I’m calling about my package that said it was delivered, but it wasn’t. There was no reply in the phone and I had to ask, “Is this the number to call?”. Then she replied yes....pause....I can try to help you. She said it in a tone that already seemed like she knew she couldn’t help me. Ultimately she said they can’t do anything. Her solution was for me to find the carrier and ask them if they delivered the package to someone else. I got upset because in the conversation she said it is not their fault that the address wasn’t correct. I filled out my address correctly when ordering my package. It is not my fault the carriers don’t look at the names of the package. She then did not want to give me the number to a supervisor. We have had packaged misdelivered and other people’s mail delivered to our place as well. There was another employee (a male) and I am disappointed that Micki was not as helpful or understanding as him.

I have consistently been impressed with the employees providing counter service at the downtown post office. Helpful with explanations to questions and polite at my slowness at times. My carrier is also of the same mold. Keep on Truckin'

I went there and there is no employees working. The windows were shut by metal safety doors. It was like a ghost town. The doors were open and the only service I see available is the automatic machine where you can send packages. If you have PO box that would be available too. But for customer service it's non existent. I went there to try to find answers on a wish package. I ordered it Jun 15 and it's now Sep 12. I tried calling and automated message machines do not have any information. There is nobody to talk to, I tried calling back several times to try each combination at menu prompt. It's honestly really exhausting trying to find out answers. I pretty much just don't have ambition to play detective and solve this mystery. I know they are working as hard as they can and I'm not mad. Just very confused! I'm patient so lets see what happens. I'll add update if I find out anything.

I just received a ''Feel Better'' note addressed to be by a 6-year-old. Wish I could send an attached photo. Thank you for caring enough to spend time identifying my address from the envelope. I appreciate it!

Not only is it hard to get appropriate help from the phone number of the main branch, the robots don't even give as many options as do the robots on the phone number for the SE branch. I recommend calling this number instead: 1-800-275-877,

My mail carrier behaved oddly. I live at 1340 Buck St. The carrier came, opened the back, and put boxes behind his seat. He was surreptitious. I think he was planning something dishonest. I do not know what.

I've been trying to talk to someone about delivery problems for four days now. All the main number gets me is a recording, telling me to call the delivery office at 541-341-3639. But anytime I've called that number, morning or evening, the phone rings 10 times then cuts off. Nobody ev er answers. And messages left at the main number? Never a callback. A little help here, please.

I’ve been living in the same residence for 3 years and the postal service stops my mail in an apartment of 4 girls. I’ve been loyal to these apartments and then I get this shit. US postal service sucks ass.

I have been trying to reach the main PO at 520 Willlamette for a week. Nobody answers any of the phone #'s on you prompt. I sent a General Delivery from my Bank (USAA) for my brother( Jeff Burnite)c/o GD and he said its not there and my bank say's it is. Why do you not answer the phone.

You guys... No wonder you are going broke. You all out to apply for jobs with the I.R.S. Have same non-caring attitude. The good news is they are finally cleaning up their act because of public outcry. You are the main post office in Eugene and the service is terrible! Box mail put in wrong boxes all the time. Could go on but do not have enough space to oust a lot of complaint by a lot of folks too.

4 days now without mail! We are all going to work, kids are going to school, where the helll is our postal service? We even went to the post office to get out mail and they couldn't find it amongst the piles of undelivered mail. If you track packages online they lie and say "attempted" delivery but no access. BS we all know there was no attempt even though my 17 year old daughter drives in and out to work. USPS you suck!

"Neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night stays these couriers from the swift completion of their appointed rounds." Seems to me that on a day the 4J school district is open, and kids are asked to make it to school, the USPS should plan on delivering mail. On Friday, Jan 6, 2017, this didn't happen. There wasn't a notification / announcement to residents either.

Several months ago an Eugene Postal employee called us asking for feedback on our mail delivery services. At the time I told her we were mostly satisfied with our service except for getting the wrong mail occasionally. Well, that has since changed. Our postal person at Oakway Mall is terrible!! I'm not sure what has changed but it is at least a weekly occurrence that we are either not getting our mail at all or are getting other people's mail. Yesterday, 10/10/16 two different neighboring businesses brought me over our mail that they received. I often get their mail as well. A few weeks ago our entire stack of mail went to the neighboring business which they brought over a few days later and I receive no mail at all one day that week which would explain the lack of mail. It very rarely happens that we get no mail. This is becoming a problem as the mail is how we received the majority of our bills which become overdue if we never receive them!! Could you please look into this for us and maybe speak to the person about paying better attention to their duties / job!! Feel free to call [number removed] if you have further questions.
