We are finally at ease with our mail and packages delivery since the mail woman, Heidi Graybeal took on our route of delivery. We live in a gated house, with two large dogs, Heidi will call from the keypad and hand us any oversize packages that not fit the mailbox, she won't simply drop the package over the gate to feed our dogs nor would she drop it outside the gate that passerby could simply pick up, if no one at home, Heidi takes extra effort to hide our packages that no one would have noticed. We never had packages got chewed up by dogs, or lost when left outside the gate anymore, we appreciate all that Heidi does, her professionalism and work ethic ought to be praised and recognized, thank you!

Postal worker delivering to Squires Court at SE Mather Rd. Absolutely SUCKS! Putting mail in wrong boxes, or not delivering mail AT ALL. Whoever this person is finds it easier to return to sender than actually doing their job correctly. Probably on the weed. Look at these other complaints…..whoah. Get things handled and sh!t together. You work for the government…..which for this worker is some kind of miracle….

It was aweful, I called the number and it would ring thirty times then turn to a busy signal! This is not acceptable service.

I'm not happy with my mail carrier. I made a complaint for her damaging two packages. She pushed them in my mailbox even though they were too big. That was about a week ago and now my mails missing. What can I possibly do to stop her behavior.

Jeeze, Sent important mail to relative in Clackamas. Mail was guaranteed by 6/2/2020. That did not happen. USPS tracking had it out for delivery at 810 AM today (6/3/2020) Checked at 400 PM and USPS tracking had item delivered at 226 PM-at GLADSTONE OR. Checked with relative and item was delivered to correct address in Clackamas. Looks like employee did not know where she/he was at-i may have taken the USPS name in vain when i read Gladstone

They work at the same location. It is possible that someone on Gladstone side helped deliver parcels that day and used their scanner. It would show Gladstone instead of Clackamas.

Susana, working Saturday around 10am on 05/09, was the friendliest and most hopeful! She greeted us with a smile, and helped us ship a Mother’s Day gift using recycled materials, what a great person! :)

Where do I file a fraud compliant against a person that has done so through a U.S. Federal FCC program using the United States Postal Service to my address where I have resided for 17 year's, it was done without my permission and has continued over the past 3 year's without my knowledge, until recently. This has cost me over $1,500.00 plus The Senior's and People With Disabilities (in which I happen to be both) have paid out the same amount $1,500.00. I would like to see this person prosecuted to the fullest extent of U.S.P.S. law. What do I do next to see that this get's done?
