We had a neighbor with an aggressive dog who they just let run around - the post office solution? put the ENTIRE block's mail at the end of the street on a box. We've contacted them several times to complain - I am about to have a disabled tenant live here and it's a huge problem for me as it is having to walk to that annoying box. We are the ONLY street in this whole area where privately owned homes have to walk to the end of the block just to get our mail. This is only the start of my frustrations with this post office. Their lobby is closed so early, especially on sundays - 3pm, really? They also have no posted hours for their extra little window inside their lobby. I checked them online once only to stand outside the window for 15 mins before someone finally came and told me they were closed. I suggested posting the hours somewhere, and/or fixing them online, and she basically just shrugged. I have lived in 3 different states, and have had to use far more different post offices than that, and this is the first time I've EVER had even ONE issue. I mean, you guys are government employees, it's a pretty thankless job and therefore I appreciate y'all and I don't ask for much, but holy cow never have I been so inconvenienced by a post office in my LIFE.

I realize an ice storm on 12/23/22 probably caused home mail delivery to be cancelled. Maybe even reasonable for no home delivery on 12/24/22, then of course no delivery Christmas Day, nor on 12/26/22.But why wasn't any mail delivered on 12/27/22? That's five days of no home delivery of mail. This is not acceptable and some heads should roll on this one.

I have not received my correspondence in more than 1 month. Because the mail box is damaged and they haven't fixed it. All the other people in the Urbanization receive their letters except us.

post boxes are for males only any female recieving from an admirer who started the post box for communication her mail will be forwarded to the address and I think that is really great idea, because my friends keys were taken from me and I don't want him to get mad at me. Also, hold my mail is a good thing they don't let other people in or help steel your stuff, so good thing. good things, good stuff.

I live not even one mile from the post office and it is 5:45 p.m. and my mail still hasn't been delivered this is like this every day sometimes we don't get mail come by because well either she's too lazy or she's gone home already with all of our mail a lot of the male people that deliver through our complexes are lazy always late or doesn't show up and they're either on their phone talking or eating and not paying attention to anything also they're very rude to everyone and anyone but I think they think that they are entitled because they work for the post office.. this branch needs a whole remodel from the very BOTTOM to the V.I.P TOP.

No one is answering the phone. I have a complaint to make about our letter carrier - delivering mail after it’s been put on hold and not delivering the accumulated on the day the mail hold ends. This has happened several times. I spoke to a supervisor about this and he assured me this would be taken care of. How do I get in touch with the Postmaster?

I put mail out for pickup Monday morning 11/23 and at 4:30 p.m. it had not yet been picked up. Not really unusual, they do occasionally come that late. When I came to work today, the flag was still up. I tried calling the post office and it rings for about a minute, then disconnects. It's now 2:30 p.m. and they have not arrived. Very disheartening.

This is a horrible post office. Everyone should stop going to this place and should send letters to the post master general.

We’ve just laid new sod and put in a garden with me soil and retaining wall and am unable to get the part time carriers to refrain from walking on the grass and stepping on the retaining wall and thru the top soil! It’s rude and I want it to stop immediately! I have been unable to contact the post master by phone. I need the reader to pass this along to the post master!

I feel your pain. We have a rotating group of postal workers now, and no matter what we do they tromp through the flower beds and grass, and drag mud up on our porch. We've even moved giant flower containers to block their path, and they just walk around them through the beds. Very frustrating. Even my children knew from a very young age they were to never go onto the lawn or flowerbeds of someone's home. Good grief - this should be postal service 101.

This post office is ridden with problems that have turned into long-term issues. They obviously do not receive proper training, and if they do, they do not operate by it. The mail carriers always place parcels on top of the mailbox platform instead of placing a key in the recipient's mailbox to retrieve a larger package in a mail locker. They are not supposed to do this by law, but continue this illegal madness where the parcels are stolen by others in the apt complex. Yesterday, 08-25-2020, it happened again. I spoke to Jason at the post office about it and have been awaiting his return call, but nothing. It's now going on 11:AM. The property manager cannot be trusted also, but for this outrageousness to continue by these lazy mail carriers it is a clear reflection on their supervisers and post master. Now a claim will be filed. I am disabled also.

I sent my grandson a package and post office marked return to sender that apartment was vacant. Amazon and UPS managed to get the packages I sent to him. I tried usps because Trump says they are not capable of doing ballots and I wanted to support usps. It cost me $54.85 to send a box of goodies for my grandson on a vacation from NM to OR and prove Captain Chaos is apparently right about mail in ballots. So disappointed

Why doesn’t our mail carrier wear gloves. Who knows wear the mail has been. Then you have a carrier possibly spreading the virus to everyone.

We had a package that needed a signature and the mail guy wont get out of his truck to walk in...he decided its easier to leave a "Sorry we missed you wile you were out" in our mail box. I need the package today we have an entire office working if he just walked in the door that is 30 feet from the mailbox! Unbelievable!

To whom it may concern, I believe I sent you a previous email. There have been rumors of approximately five or more people who submitted a change of address form to somewhere in Beaverton or Hillsboro. Those are all thieves. My mailing address has not changed in at least five years. It is: Ronda Marie Gonzalez, 603 12th Street, Oregon City, Oregon, 97045. All others need to be arrested for collecting mail of mine. I never needed any executors. They are just thieves. Sincerely, Ronda Marie Gonzalez, aka: The only B.L.S.
