There seems to be an ongoing problem with the Banks post office,several times my mail doesn't get to the destination,the latest mortgage payment to Chase in Arizona never arrived so now I am being charged for failing to make a payment, the payment was mailed on Dec 19th 2018 it never arrived !!! don't know what is going on but this POST OFFICE needs to be investigated !
