Biden issued an executive order requiring all persons to wear masks in federal buildings. The post offices are federal buildings. Why are postal workers wearing face shields instead of masks??! Face shields do not met the federal criteria for masks. Droplets from face shields are not prevented from flowing out from the bottom of the masks and into the surrounding air.

I made it to the post office literally 1 MINUTE after 5, customers were still being helped. They wouldn’t help me. The fact that my packages were at the post office instead of at my apartment are ridiculous to begin with, the mail carrier is just “too busy” to deliver to my door. Now my son won’t be receiving his birthday gift for who knows how long. I will have to take off work just to pick up my packages. This post office isn’t open on weekends so I’m just shit out of luck. Will be sure to only deliver and have things delivered through fedex or ups from now on. So disappointed and frustrated!!!

I was trying to track down a package that the postman had marked as undelivarable. I first attempted to contact the post office, but despite numerous, nobody would pickup the phone. I then contacted the 800 national phone number, only to be told that if a package is marked as undelivarable, the post office will not attempt to deliver it. It is absolutely amazing the complete lack of customer service and indifference that this organization has. Maybe they will finally go belly up and UPS and FedEX will do the deliveries, they know a thing or two about good customer service.

Dear Sir or Madam,
On 28th of March2016 I send two packages from oversees for my daughter Meltem Karla Tankut as gift packages. She recently passed the bar exam and became a lawyer. However, the packages never been delivered and when I look into tracing, it states on the Turkish postal side that on 11.04.2016 there are unsuccessful delivery attempts. There are not any notification on her mailbox. Will you please look into those packages and forward them to her adres please. Trace numbers are: RR227511365TR and RR227511358TR. Thank you in advance for all your support. Best Regards. Sevil Bolukbasi(Sender and the mother)

I called the 918-732-6654 number above multiple times yesterday between 2pm and 4pm and no one ever picked up. I tried again first thing this morning, and someone picked up after 2 minutes (I was too patient, thanks to speaker phone) and when I asked if we could have a bulk pick up at our office, she said that I should have called yesterday for pick up today. LOL. I then told her that I had called multiple times yesterday and no one ever picked up. She said that I should have called 918 732-6654 for delivery department, that I was in error. I told her that I called the only number that I could find on their website. She said that she would get a message to the delivery folks about our pick up. I will probably just take it myself. No wonder people prefer UPS and FedEx and that our USPS is in trouble. Ridiculous.Am calling 918 732-6654 now and it just rings.... no answer and at 3 minutes I get a fast busy signal. Beautiful. Seriously?

I apologize for the postal department. We are suppose to be "trained" to answer after no more than 3 rings. I have seen and heard this too much from customers since I have been employed by USPS at another location. Contact USPS.com and have your voice heard. To save the postal system, I feel like those on my side of the counter need to work on customer relations and what we are here for, not to sale stamps but to sell a service offered by USPS.

LUCKILY THE IDIOTS WHO WORK HERE MANAGED TO LEAVE A PACKAGE ON MY DOORSTEP THAT SOMEONE APPARENTLY STOLE AND THEY WON'T ANSWER THEIR PHONE TO GIVE ME ANSWERS AS TO WHY THEY WOULD HIRE SOMEONE SO FREAKING STUPID TO DO SOMETHING LIKE THAT.

Hi I was told that I would get my package on Monday by UPS but now found out that my local mail person is delivering. When I check the tracking number it shows that my package has been in Tulsa, since Monday and its already Thursday. CAN YOU TELL ME WHY THIS HAS HAPPENED. And what branch office i can go pick up my package since your company needs help.
