We made an expensive purchase and paid to have it delivered on a specific date so someone would be there to accept it. Tracking showed it was going to arrive as planned. Perfect, right? At 9am, I get an automated text from USPS saying delivery could not be completed because the mailbox was full during their attempt at 7:30am sharp. What? The mailbox was completely empty, but I don’t think they were going to be able to shove that 3 feet wide 65 lb box into the mailbox. The link in the text said we could contact the USPS location on the notice to arrange another delivery attempt. Checked the front door for a notice. Nothing. Checked the mailbox for a notice. Nothing. Went and reviewed security footage around from multiple different cameras. Nothing. No USPS, not even a drive-by. Zero people coming to the door. Someone changed their schedule to be home on that date just to accept that delivery and they DIDN'T EVEN TRY to deliver. They just lied. I know our packages are shipped out of this Chimney Hills location, so I called. No answer. I waited and called again. No answer. At this point, I have called several times. Never an answer. They will not answer the phone. There is no option to leave a message. So much for taking the day off to be there for that package. Now it’s a crapshoot if we can even get it, especially with no way to contact them since they simply do not answer the phone. I’m filling out formal complaints, not that I expect it to make any difference.

Missing mail for months now. Pkgs go missing, cards go missing, prescriptions missing, diabetic testing unit missing and now a Dept of Treasury letter that it showed on informed delivery has not showed up. There is a thief in the midst of this post office somewhere.

I have received no mail this week. That cannot be correct. I guess I will have to go stand in line to find out what's going on. Unacceptable.

My old mail delivered to my door because I have MS. Got a mailbox on my porch got rid of the curb box. I sent a letter to chimney hills from my doctor. My husband died and it’s hard to get to the curb New mailman and he will not deliver my mail to the door. He said I have to hire someone and put a curb box back. I am on a fixed income and this has hurt me. I try to call and nobody answers I need help 918-810-0459

This place is awful. Will not answer the phone. I am trying to track down missing mail that I was to receive over a week ago. I did a help request and a missing mail request and heard nothing from anyone (here or the USPS in general). What an incompetent bunch of people. Its a miracle I get my mail half the time. I know from informed delivery what I SHOULD get, but usually I don't get it, or a neighbor does.

My informed delivery notified me that my gift card was in my mailbox. Guess what? It's not! I've called this PO consistently today and no one answered. I believe your mail carrier is a theft! Stop stealing things that doesn't belong to you! This is unacceptable. I've notified USPS website. The mail carrier actually risk their job stealing people mail. Stealing is PUNISHABLE BY LAW!!!

Our business has not had the mail picked up for two days. We have over 300 tenants living here, so the outgoing mail is overflowing. The mail carrier has brought the incoming mail, but keeps saying "I'll get it tomorrow". I tried to call the Chimney Hills station several times, but do not get an answer. I know they are busy, but this is poor customer service.

I have been calling for days! Have not received ANY mail for 5 days… even though informed delivery says we have 25 pieces of mail! Now we have to turn in our mail as stolen… Even though it could possibly be a mail carrier! This is beyond unacceptable !

I have tried several days and made more than 10 phone calls and have never gotten an answer. There is no other way to communicate with this post office. This is unacceptable. The recorded message says someone will be with you shortly. That is complete untrue.

The postal delivery person for my neighborhood brought a package to my door that was $2.80 short on postage. I told him I didn’t have any cash he told me I could write a check. He didn’t have a mask and he stood on my porch coughing. I have never been asked to pay for a postage shortage on a package that is brought to my door. If he is ill and came to my door without a mask, I cannot express how angry I am at his negligence. I’ve complained about him before. If he does indeed have the Covid virus, you need to let people he’s come in contact with know about it. My address is 2929 E. 85th St. in the Timbers neighborhood.

Do not even waste your time trying to contact this office, I've tried to get a hold of them for the past 3 days and it's like they just block the phone calls out all day long and don't even care. I talked to other surrounding postal offices and they have said the same about NEVER answering the phone. It is VERY frustrating. I just don't have the time to make a 30 minute trip out to the office for a very simple question that can be answered over the phone. THE WORST!!!

I do not appreciate being sexually hit on by James Cartwright during business hours and non stop. To which he has yet to be reprimanded. I will fear more and return calls to his boss. And then took a verbal legal agreement with myself for my baby girl and since I would not sexually satisfy him he abandoned the agreement and now has soon a lawsuit. He is abusive verbally and legally to minors and clients. Proof will be provided. My attorney will pursue this as he says it was beyond against every moral and financial violation.
