They don't deliver parcels. One of two things happens. They either leave a slip stating that the parcel didn't fit in the mailbox (DUH, it's a parcel, not a letter). Or they lie and say "customer requested pickup at office". Government workers at their finest!

i never get my mail i received a notification that a package was delivered on my porch- but i never received a darn thing. NO MAIL ON SATURDAY AT ALL!!!

Been waiting for two weeks to find out what my box number is where I moved and can't get anyone to call me back.

Mail don't get delivered every day. It is common for the flag to be up on the mailbox for 2 to 3 day before the mail gets picked up. It's been that way for at least a year.
