Low class mail service don't rely on them for professional service it's definitely a 0 star for me. Continued lost mail I have tracked my mail and it always comes back that it's their mail persons who have misplaced it or just failed to deliver it. I hate to give a negative review because I'm a pretty positive person but they have lost my kids social security cards the mail lady leaves my mail box open I've seen her leave other people's mailboxes open it's sad that this has to continue to complain and they don't even treat us like they care. They just go on to the next person..."next please". I'm horrified to think of how many people have my personal mail and information thanks to this poor service.

I got my passport there, clean and wonderful experience got passport in a few days

I got a failure to deliver text at 7 am while I was home. Nobody from the post office came to my house, they just left a notice in our mailbox, which is .5 a mile from our house! This has happened multiple times!! I told the person at the post office, they didn't appear to care or try to report it.

Signature required delivery, the carrier doesn’t ring the doorbell! The only reason I know they were here is receiving the failed delivery notice email while sitting 15 feet from the door! Want proof? I have the video from the front porch camera. I tried calling the PO but as noted by others, the phone just rings forever.

Terrible service and supervision. I have constant trouble with mail carriers not delivering my mail, I've complained several times and no one higher up seems to care. There's almost always a line at the office and they'll never have another employee assist the desk clerk. Staff will NEVER answer the phone, it just rings off the hook.

I would like it if I received packages to have them hold it at the post office instead of leaving them in the ditch by my mailbox.
